PlexTrac is a cybersecurity reporting and workflow management platform that supercharges security programs, making them more effective, efficient, and proactive.
THE CHALLENGE
First, to redesign the interface, optimize the tech stack, and develop features required by enterprise customers, and then, later on, to act as an external product development team supplementing the in-house team as PlexTrac scaled.
THE SOLUTION
After implementing important product development processes, we optimized and delivered an enhanced, enterprise-ready product that was able to hit revenue targets and help the company secure a Series A funding round. After growing his team, we were able to externally deliver the solutions for two major features and implement a testing strategy to ensure future quality as the startup continues to scale.

Karus
Karus is a cutting-edge risk analytics platform tailored exclusively for the consumer auto finance sector that empowers lenders, originators, and investors to streamline the financing process for borrowers while effectively managing their debt exposure.
THE CHALLENGE
To build a state-of-the-art platform that would convert complex, algorithmic data gathered by Karus’ AI model into sophisticated visualizations that are both functional and easy to understand so that lenders, dealerships, and institutions could monitor the real-time performance of loans and analyze price portfolios.
THE SOLUTION
We built a comprehensive, user-friendly platform that aggregates up-to-date financial data, provides daily analytics for lenders, and offers machine-learning-driven features for portfolio analysis and real-time underwriting, leading to quick and informed lending decisions.

We helped Aaron, James, and Paul convert their proprietary AI model into a pioneering auto finance SaaS platform.

THE CHALLENGE
To build a functional, user-friendly “Instant Human Engagement” platform that enterprise clients could use to screen and hire for high-volume positions.
THE SOLUTION
We leveraged our dual-track agile methodology to turn Amber’s MVP into an “Instant Human Engagement” platform capable of handling thousands of interviews and pleasing users.
THE OUTCOME
We helped Amber pioneer “Instant Human Engagement” and achieve early product-market fit.
Plotify
Plotify is a regulated FinTech company that specializes in providing tenanted, fully-managed, and tax-optimized residential real estate in the USA and UK, with optional instant financing, to accredited investors around the world.
THE CHALLENGE
To build a product that allows users from around the world to invest in real estate seamlessly within minutes and allows Plotify to manage Plots and the entire administration process.
THE SOLUTION
We built an MVP that acts as a novel, end-to-end solution with a simplified process for property investment so that anyone in the world can invest in global real estate. The solution not only meets all legal and technical FinTech standards but also allows Plotify to manage the entire administration process as the product prepares to scale.
THE OUTCOME
We helped Anish unlock global access for real estate investing and take his idea from concept to a Series A.
West Tenth
West Tenth is a digital marketplace that offers locally crafted goods and services provided by home-based, women-led, and independently owned and operated businesses.
THE CHALLENGE
To create a digital marketplace that connected talented, home-based business owners with local consumers.
THE SOLUTION
We built a marketplace mobile app that allows business owners to set up their digital storefronts and transact with clients in their local communities and a web app that allows West Tenth to onboard storefronts and ensure community rules are respected.
THE OUTCOME
We helped Lyn build the MVP for a women-led marketplace and secure investment from Techstars.
Dot Residential
Dot Residential is a global housing brand that offers a high-end living experience for residents and empowers investors from around the world to invest without any hassle.
THE CHALLENGE
To build a property investment platform from scratch that allows investors to buy and manage properties instantly, lenders to originate loans to the investors, and Dot to manage the entire process.
THE SOLUTION
We delivered a platform consisting of four core components that work together to digitize instant mortgage financing for lenders and investors and to rent high-end properties to UK residents.
THE OUTCOME
We helped Gray build an end-to-end investment platform generating above-market returns from beautiful properties in fast-growing markets.
Storyvine
Storyvine is a video platform that offers guided video creation and management at scale, helping users create, capture, curate, and connect branded video content in near real-time for a fraction of the cost of a professional video service.
THE CHALLENGE
To build out Storyvine’s existing solution while delivering a more user-friendly experience and updating the tech with the ultimate goal of scaling the product and its offerings.
THE SOLUTION
We redesigned the platform to be user-friendly and migrated it to a modern tech stack for a delightful user experience. We simplified the mobile development process and rolled out interface designs and features to all aspects of the platform. We also created a blueprint for implementation within larger organizations.

We helped Kyle and Monique redesign their video creation platform, utilizing speech-to-text AI to attract Fortune 500, enterprise clients.
Crave
Crave is an end-to-end, multi-brand, white-label ecosystem that allows large organizations to operate multiple ghost kitchens on a single platform.
THE CHALLENGE
To build scalable, proprietary technology that allowed customers to order multiple brands from a single location and restaurants to easily manage and execute orders across multiple locations.
THE SOLUTION
We built a licensable software solution from scratch that includes a restaurant management system, kitchen display system, mobile applications, online ordering, POS, and more that offers leading restaurant companies the ability to either run their own ghost kitchens offering multiple brands across multiple locations or franchise a Crave kitchen that does the same.
THE OUTCOME
We helped Crave Founder & CEO Devin build a revolutionary FoodTech platform from scratch, which is now utilized by major brands in the industry.
