A speedy preparation for BFCM
The very last days of November were approaching. The biggest event of the year in the e-commerce world as well.
No longer than two days before the date of the biggest sale, the team of Jordan Belfort reached us with an urgent inquiry. Their storefront was not yet ready to welcome all users interested in the special courses of The Wolf of Wall Street.
Having no time to make any major or complicated improvements, we focused our efforts on refining the most crucial parts of the store. 24 hours later the storefront had cleaned up product and courses pages and an optimized cart. All tested. And ready for BFCM.

Bespoke Shopify Plus Build
Bang Cookies reached out to Craft Berry as they were looking to revamp their existing store just before Black Friday 2021. The goal of the new store was to dramatically improve the customer experience, reduce friction points and increase the Conversion Rate.
Time was against us - it was already September and the new store had to be live at the beginning of November - in just under 8 weeks.
We assembled a team of a project manager, two mid and a senior developer, and a quality assurance expert.
Local delivery, shipping by mail, and store pickup
Customers can get their favorite cookies delivered in three ways:
- Local delivery - that option is available for customers that are located in Jersey City
- Shipping by mail - delivering cookies across the globe
- Store Pickup - for customers that wish to go to the Bang Cookies store and pick up their cookies
Zapiet provided the base functionality for the complex delivery methods. Customers were getting confused using Zapiet's default widget, leading to an increased dropoff rate. We used Zapiet API to build a clean, intuitive solution to ensure that customers can easily choose their preferred delivery method.

Optimizing the cart experience
Honest Baby Clothing initially reached us with the concern that their conversion rate was low. They knew that they were losing precious sales somewhere in the purchasing experience. HBC has a great product, competitive pricing, and recognizable brand, so where was the problem?
CraftBerry carefully examined Honest Baby Clothing's data and found a clue. There was a decent number of customers adding a product to the cart, but only a quarter of them reached the checkout. Compared to industry benchmarks, we concluded that the conversion problem was emerging after the customer had added a product to the cart.
By looking both at the data and the customer experience, the problem became clear. Honest Baby Clothing's cart was confusing and overall did not have a great UX path. We knew that with our touch we could create a world-class cart, which would be a definite improvement in customers reaching checkout and purchasing.
With the help of Robin, Honest Baby Clothing's creative force, we put together a prototype of how the new cart would flow smoothly - with an added combination of their cute brand and proven tactics that persuade the customer to checkout. It was high time to put our designs to life.
After two weeks of development, applying clean JavaScript and optimization practices, we published a lightning-fast cart experience. Bye delays, hello conversions. Clear, understandable, dynamic. This resulted in 100% more customers reaching checkout and a 60% increase in the overall conversion rate.
Performance optimization
Honest Baby Clothing had serious performance issues. Customers were annoyed by the slow loading times and their experience was ineffectual.
We knew that the slow loading speed of the store had an impact on the conversion rate of Honest Baby Clothing. After doing a detailed assessment of the performance, we were certain that the store speed can be dramatically improved. And we got to work. This further supported the easy reach of high conversion rates and longer consumer stay.

Innermost wanted more out of their Shopify store. Better storytelling, presentation of their premium products, and most importantly - a better converting store. Over the course of 4 years, we revamped almost every aspect of the Innermost store. From homepage and product page to launching a loyalty and a subscription program. Read below to learn more.
Loyalty program
Acquiring a customer is more expensive than retaining an existing one. Innermost knows that and wanted to provide a strong incentive for loyal customers who regularly come back for their favorite supplements at Innermost. Customers earn points for each purchase they make, each share on social networks, and for referring a friend. Later, they can use the points earned for a discount on their next orders.
An optimized cart experience
It is vital to make the process of checking out in your store as simple as possible. If a customer is feeling confused, they might abandon your store and never come back. We created a dynamic, fast flyout cart for Innermost that stays on the same page.
Subscription program
A subscription program is an excellent way for merchants to create predictable, recurring revenue. Customers subscribe once and get their goods delivered each week, month, or at a different interval.
We partnered with Recharge to launch Innermost's user-friendly subscription program. Customers receive 20% off their supplements if they subscribe.
Since then, hundreds of customers took advantage of the program.

Bespoke Shopify Build
Tomorrow Labs reached us as they were looking for a Shopify expert agency to launch a modern, fast, and highly converting store. Having been successful across European retailers like Douglas, they wanted to add one more channel - direct to consumer.
Craft Berry conducted three discovery sessions, to gather as much information about Tomorrow Labs' new project as possible.
Once we had a clear picture based on the discovery sessions we got to work.
The first step was to draft high-fidelity wireframes with the help of Tomorrow Lab's head of design - Benedikt Thor.
Once we had clarity on the visual part, it was time to turn the wireframes and designs into code. After 7 weeks of hard work, the result was astonishing - a sleek, blazing-fast Shopify store.
Subscribe & Save
Tomorrow Labs wanted to offer their customers to subscribe and save. By giving customers the ability to subscribe and get their favorite skincare products delivered every 4,8 or 12 weeks, Tomorrow Labs ensures a stable, recurring revenue. In return, customers receive a sweet 20% discount. For this functionality, we chose ReCharge, our trusted subscription partner.

Bespoke Shopify Plus Build
Pepper was growing at a fast pace in 2020, and just then, in Q3, they approached us to partner up and build their new Shopify Plus store - one that reflects their evolved brand look. Having worked with Pepper before, we gladly accepted the offer and rolled up our sleeves.
There were plentiful challenges in building a Shopify Plus store from scratch.
Even so, we utilized our extensive Shopify development knowledge. Two months later, Pepper's brand new website was live.

By partnering with Deque, one of the highest-rated and fully-trusted accessibility experts, we made sure that Pepper's website became accessible to everyone and complied with accessibility guidelines.
Bundles that play well with fulfillment
Pepper decided to launch a bundle offering, allowing customers to purchase a set of bras at a discounted price.
Extensive research on the existing apps on the Shopify App Store found, that they either did not feel like a native bundle experience or caused problems with fulfillment.
We proceeded with the creation of a sleek bundle functionality or as we call it duo/trio. With some custom javascript, liquid, and utilizing Shopify Plus discount scripts, we launched a native bundling experience.
The bundle offer now lives on its own product page, and not only does it look amazing but it also works flawlessly for the fulfillment team.
