Managing the insurance business
SUPRA is a leading Polish insurance broker. It offers insurance services, both for private companies and for public administration.
Because of the scale of their business, they had already taken the first steps on the journey of digital transformation. The company’s internal business processes were supported by various IT systems, both customs made, and commercial. However, the majority of them was not
compatible with each other.
What is more, despite the apparent digitalisation of the company, many things were still completed manually. This was due to the fact that the procedures developed by SUPRA were unique and the combination of unlinked systems could not entirely embrace them. What they really needed was one dedicated, cohesive system that would reflect those procedures. We took on the challenge to build a new solution.
B2B webshop for electro branch
A leading Swiss wholesale distributor
of goods and services for electrical installations decided to build their B2B e-commerce based on SAP Hybris.
Our developers joined the project to stabilise the platform and implemented crucial B2B features. Since then, the continuous development and evolution of the shop has been in our hands.
We have also supported production handling and migrations to new
versions of Hybris.
Using a stable platform, and constantly extending it with new features, the company not only maintains its position as a leader in the electrical components sector in Switzerland but also sets new trends in the market.
AEM for a Swiss Telecom Retailer
In this case, our specialised Adobe Experience Manager team was approached to help in the production of a content management system for a Swiss Telecom Retailer company. The scope of the project required both back and front-end development from Antologic. The entire development team, however, was composed of multiple AEM teams, across many different locations.

Ecommerce solution rolled out across Europe
The European e-commerce of one of the world’s leading camera and optoelectronics producers was to be built on the SAP Hybris platform.
Our developers joined the project at the beginning of the implementation phase. We applied a full agile methodology and we were able to present some basic working elements after the first sprint. For the client, who had waited so long for the kick-off of the
development, our approach was a game-changer.
The first shop went live after a year and a half, and the solution was gradually rolled out into another country. There were 18 local B2B online shops built in total across Europe.
A very successful agile project that serves as an online sales platform continuously for 9 years. Few online projects survive that long without major reimplementation and redesign.
AEM applied to the Telecom sector
As one of the major telecommunications providers in Switzerland, the need for seamless B2B and B2C integration is essential.
On the first occasion, the solution was an internet platform for their B2B customers. Our QA was based in India, and the AEM developers at Antologic. We had a PM, from yet another company. All in all, our team was wide-spread.
Antologic’s AEM developers took the technical lead. By
creating a proof of concept and design architecture, they were able to develop their code. Staying within the AEM framework, they were able to import and adapt the components from the client, whilst retaining original content. Most importantly, they met the requirements and delivered the ultimate flexibility in use.
By taking a moment to identify potential issues, and write the solution in at the start, the project was deployed successfully, and on time.
B2B webshop for carpenters
In 2012, OPO decided to phase out their CMS-based eCommerce and build a new B2B Omnichannel solution based on the SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform from scratch.
We designed the architecture based on requirements gathered in the first phase of the project. After two years of intensive work, the new OPO Oeschger eCommerce platform was launched and since then, we are continuously working on improving and maintaining it in
multiple aspects.
Currently, the company’s product catalogue contains more than 60k articles and the system handles over 1k orders daily. The level of commitment received from Antologic and its developers helped OPO Oeschger undergo a great part of its digital transformation.
It is a hard task to summarize the team structure as it has been evolving over 8 years and what is even more important it had always been tailored to reflect the current state of the project. We have been providing various specialists to OPO Oeschger, including architects, backend Hybris & frontend developers, quality assurance engineers, scrum masters and project managers.
Depending on the phase, the emphasis was set on different roles (e.g. in development mode the team consisted of 5 SAP Commerce (Hybris) developers, whilst in the maintenance phase it was reduced to 2 developers).
