Web app development for OpenPayd
OpenPayd is a digital banking app that offers a variety of banking solutions. The client needed a product that provides an easy way for users to manage their funds as well as implement additional functional features. The app had to offer features such as exchanging money in different currencies, FX management, bank cards management and payment processing. Our developers got on board quickly to speed up the front-end development.
Through continuous discussions, the client needs were clarified and a proposal for the application architecture and tasks for the backlog were put forward. Our design team prepared visuals following UX best practices. Consistency and future-proofing were also addressed.
Our team delivered a product that supports exchanging money, making payment transactions, transferring funds across accounts, FX management and managing cards.
A design uplift helped reduce the number of clicks needed to perform an action.
We also introduced multiple quality monitoring tools and processes into the project that helped maintain a great overall standard.
iGaming compliance solution for Legaleyse
Legaleyse is a monitoring platform for the gaming industry that provides real-time statistics to ensure compliance with regulations and the smooth running of gaming platforms. The goal was to improve the UX & UI of the Legaleyse app, as well as implement new features such as permissions management. Several improvements in performance and architecture were also put in place.
Performance was improved by reducing dashboard loading time from 12 seconds down to less than 1 second.
Scalability issues were addressed with Redux, and CSS was upgraded to SCSS allowing for over 5K lines of code to be removed from the project.
New features were delivered on time with improved speed and stability.
Visual consistency was brought to all screens through various UI and UX improvements while responsiveness was also addressed. Context was given to various elements on the UI, reflecting different information based on aggregates selected.
We also added feature support for sorting, filtering and pagination to all tables.
Mobile app development for Ozan
Ozan is a digital banking app that allows its users to make safe, fee-free transactions in different currencies. The scope included designing a mobile app and flows, performing several maintenance tasks on an existing application, as well as performing upgrades, optimisations, and new feature development.
Together with Ozan's internal team, we built a feature-rich payments platform that included issuing of virtual & physical cards, checkout, account-to-account payments as well as bank top-ups & reporting.
Our front-end team delivered on multiple products in parallel: a merchant panel, checkout, admin portal and a customer-facing dashboard.
Our UX & UI team supported the front-end and mobile teams with mockups, user testing, illustrations and more.
Highlights from the project include:
- 15K lines of code removed.
- 41% increase in build speed.
- 200% reduction in bundle size.
- The mobile app concept was delivered in 10 working days.
- Maintenance costs were significantly reduced. One of the biggest wins was removing a redundant application.
Travel platform for SoloTrvlr
SoloTrvlr is a digital platform, designed specifically for independent solo travellers. It combines resources and tools to help users explore and navigate new places. The client approached us with their startup idea which we brought to life utilising UI & UX design, front-end and back-end development.
Through exploration of the initial concept and research, we developed mocks and interactive prototypes to visualise the final product and determine the value proposition. Following Agile methods, the work was split into actionable tasks in the backlog and prioritised for development.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the client to ensure real-time feedback was given and acted on. All features were going through a QA process to guarantee high quality.
Results include:
- The first MVP was delivered in just 2 months.

E-commerce platform for Moblox
Moblox is a tech and tools platform for owner-led businesses. Our team was engaged to support the development of their e-commerce platform that will deliver a range of content, community support as well as complex tools and services to support small businesses.
The main challenges were building a telecommunications platform, a legal services platform, a management back office as well as a blog - all of which could be configured through a CMS.
Our developers seamlessly integrated into Moblox's internal team, embracing their tools & processes to supercharge the project delivery.
We built a web app for Moblox from the ground up with a lean approach and incredible speed to facilitate their go-to-market - in just under one month with 2 developers.

Team augmentation for Forest Holidays
Forest Holidays is a lodging provider with multiple locations around UK’s forests. Their internal development team was facing several technical challenges - from long build times to slow testing. Design-wise, they were looking to revamp the website and improve the user journey.
Working alongside Forest Holidays' team, we managed to fix all issues in a quick manner leading to better UI & UX as well as site performance.
Following a modern approach, we tackled the internal development process by improving the project infrastructure and reducing build time. The client was able to save around 90 development hours a month which had a positive impact on productivity and delivery of new features.

Dealstack provides software to equip private equity practitioners with better means to manage investment programmes and align incentives.
They needed a better and more efficient way to sort through and manage investors, transaction records and large archives of contractual documentation to streamline their data entry process.
