Emotion Recognition System for ATM
CHALLENGE:
To be honest, there was no problem as such. But today the ocean of competition in services is no longer even red but already crimson, so one of the main tasks of any business is to improve its services in all available ways. That’s why we started cooperating with one bank, whose name is under NDA, which wanted to evaluate its services using Computer Vision. We have to tell that this project in the Security Systems field has become one of the most fascinating and interesting that we’ve ever participated in.
TASK: The goal was to teach cash dispensers to recognize people’s emotions when using the device assessing the quality of the services provided. This was possible thanks to Computer Vision technologies, so we began to generate ideas and select the most viable. See what we got.
SOLUTION: Using Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Python, and TensorFlow we created a model that can recognize 7 basic emotions of a person like joy, surprise, sadness, anger, disgust, contempt, and fear. This is how it works.
We integrate our soft in ATMs systems. Each device has a camera which marks and analyzes facial expressions through the movement of parts of the face. According to this data, our model determines the emotion. On this base, the ATM knows how its user feels and send this information to the data center where it will be processed and converted to conclusions and statistics.
RESULT: The model we developed recognizes emotions with 97% accuracy according to our tests. This enables our customer to estimate whether their services make the users feel pleased.Our soft had just been integrated so we do not have any facts on how the bank improved its services but we will immediately update as soon as we receive this data.
Logistics ERP System
Our task was to create several software solutions for:
– realtime asset tracking;
– tracking of adherence to compliance policy for transpiration&storing;
– maintaining individual ledgers which pose a challenge to localize a problem efficiently when managed by the different parties.
We also decided to build an admin dashboard to enable user management and other functionalities along with securely track consignment status and capture sensitive information in a secure and transparent manner. The task was daunting, but we could not miss the chance to participate in such a project so we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.
– Now our customer’s clients can track their goods in realtime due to GPS devices.
– The transactions in the Blockchain capture such data like current owner ID, unique contract ID, trip Name, description of the freight, etc. i.e. order delivery history is maintained.
– The environmental information is tracked by different sensors and the data is fed live into a database so the history of the location is maintained in a tamper-proof and secure manner.
Dedicated Team for Healthcare CRM Development
CHALLENGE: The client was already offering iOS and Android mobile applications to travelers who were planning their family holidays, business trips or getaways with friends. The apps offered a personalized experience that guided users through the booking process and secure and transparent payment options.But there’s always room for improvement, so the client decided to enhance the existing applications to allow users to get through the flight booking processes within one minute. The larger goal was to build a scalable, maintainable and reusable travel solution.
TASK: Lemapp was chosen through a multi-tier tender process. The client paid careful attention to the previous experience and successful mobile projects we delivered for the Travel industry. The ability to start working just a few days after signing the contract was also critical.Lemapp’s team did everything, from setting up the applications’ fundamental structure to publishing thoroughly tested and integrated apps to marketplaces. Our tasks also involved:splitting the functionality into logical blocks supporting existing features building new features migrating to new APIs redesigning the apps improving performance collaborating with the product team and different development sub-teams support during peak loads
RESULTS: together with the client’s team, Lemapp developed new mobile application and enhanced tools for planning and booking trips.
