What is your role in the management and development of CMS Website Services?

As a CEO I am responsible for the success or failure of my company. Thus, the marketing, operations, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc., everything falls on my shoulders.

In terms of management and development, I developed it from scratch, increased my team, and modelled the company's culture, values, and behaviour. In the same way, being a CEO I decide, set budgets, form partnerships, sell off incompatible product lines, make acquisitions, and hire a team to steer the company accordingly.

With more than 100+ employees and hundreds of freelance developers in contact with CMS Website Services, I have my own team of 3 members that reports to me everything happening in the CMS's business.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry?

Achievements are part of our success! Also, CMS’s ranking in the world’s top website and mobile application development companies, maintaining employees from the last 10 years in the times of human migration, and 1000+ business clients are some of my successes. I believe I am still looking forward to my biggest achievement.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

I believe 'Time Is Money'. The longer an app takes to build, the more it costs. For the most part, it used to take roughly six months to develop an app in 2017. Now making good apps need less than 1 month! However, I've seen apps taking more than 6 months in 2019 to get complete. It only depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. You’ve got to weigh your options!

Our main focus is on hybrid and cross-platform app development with better scope and features in it. The development process is always repetitive, agile, and rapid with the use of the latest technologies.

Thus, at CMS Website Services, we always make sure to retain such a quality of the apps that can match the clients' realistic goals. Good apps always take time! This is why we first try to create a proof of concept or a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). In this case, you can expect to have a shorter development timeline.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

It is very simple. Every company has some fixed technologies, platforms, frameworks, etc. to create websites, software, and applications. On the other hand, every client has their own research about the platforms to create apps.

Rather than denying their research, we basically include our options with them to grab their attention towards our creativity and development ethics. Lastly, the budgeting is decided around their budget such that everything to them sounds profitable along with high-quality services.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Hybrid apps are typically easier and faster to develop than native apps. They also require less maintenance. On the other hand, the speed of your hybrid app will depend completely on the speed of the user's browser.

The native apps are developed specifically for a platform, while the Hybrid applications are for all! Moreover, hybrid apps are also partially web-based and partially for a particular platform.

The advantage of hybrid apps is that you can build them on a single base, which allows you to add new functionalities to multiple versions of your app. With native apps, you will need to replicate every new feature you want to introduce for each platform. 

It saves time, client's money, and allows developers to show their all skills and knowledge!

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We actually follow the trends of every industry!

There are two types of projects one is B2B and the second is B2C! 75% of judgments on project credibility are based on aesthetics and its overall user experience. one can easily Google and find out the average cost of development of a website, application, or software.

However, the average cost depends upon the average features. When it comes to integrating more features, more functions to your business product, then the project development price increases, and the budget too.

But, we always keep in mind to keep the final price of the project around your budget. Still, if it increases, then we give you some free services to keep our good business relations with you.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

The mobile apps we have developed are more helpful for our clients in their business growth and they have never failed to share their happy thoughts with us. Our portfolio section and the client reviews section will reveal how fruitful the solutions we have developed are.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

A brief knowledgeable discussion with the clients about their project idea gives them immense satisfaction. Also, if the project that is to be developed by you is in your client’s budget with better features, functionalities, quality design and development, then the client will definitely attain satisfaction.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Updating a business system depends upon three things - time, money, workforce! Nowadays, it is necessary to run with client/customer demands. It is the requirement of the present time. Next, to be in competition as a website and app development company, you should be able to make a high-quality product under less expenses. Finally, to be in the pace with the technological advancements, you need skilled and knowledgeable persons that can update everything coming in their ways.

Thus, implementing all this in your every client's project idea presents the company with updated business systems!

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

The Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) are hot topics in IT Business and Applied Media. IoT abilities to connect and utilize digital information from various other physical devices is great.

With the help of specialized software and hardware AR / VR overlays digital content seamlessly into the real world. With its unique user experience AR/ VR enables the entire gamut of functions like R&D, manufacturing, production and field services.

The aspects of smart education that will help the educators and learners are discussed here. In this research work a new prototype is explained for the purpose of AR in IoT for all people including the people with learning disability.

AR/VR and IoT together will enable a more smart and interactive environment!

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

I believe that after the introduction of 5G and 6G, there will be a time after 15 years where mobile screens will be replaced by virtual glasses, and we will be able to command the screen just by thinking. I mean you will have to just think that I want to click the Facebook icon, the Facebook will open on the virtual glasses!

This is how I see the future of mobile technologies. This is an ultra-high-tech science future!
