Khurak: An Online Marketplace To Buy Organic Honey And Dates (Website Design & Development)
Overview & Scope:-
Overview:-
You can get organic dates and honey from Khurak's which is an online marketplace. Only the highest quality dates and honey are picked and delivered to you anywhere in Pakistan. We at ZAPTA have helped in the design and development of Khurak in launching their eCommerce website for their consumer audience, improving functionality, and user experience. To appeal to their target audience, we also worked on updating their brand.
Scope:- The two key components of the project were design and development. We will design and develop Khurak Website and mobile versions. It would be used by multiple users to buy premium quality honey and dates from all over Pakistan.
We carried out an extensive analysis of the market and the competition, with an emphasis on product pages and the buyer experience, to enable us to make the correct advice and execute the right solutions. We first identified user pain issues using the Customer-Centric Design methodology in order to produce the final product, we later developed the entire project pixel-by-pixel and component-by-component. We then tested and completed the deployment.
Our Role:-
Our primary responsibility was to plan and create a web-based application that could be used in businesses to manage work with vacancies and candidates.
Our BA team did a lot of research and produced a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) paper for the UX UI team.
Our UX engineers and UI designers carried out their own independent investigations for the UX and UI competitive analysis. Wireframes, mockups, and prototypes were developed while keeping user-friendly and fluid User Flows in mind.
Our front-end team used HTML/CSS, Bootstrap and PHP Laravel for the web application and React Native for the mobile app with MYSQL common database.

HRMS: A Human Resource Management System (Web & Mobile Application)
Overview & Scope:-
Overview:- HRMS is a system which is used by the managers and employees of multiple organizations where it can cover managers' information and their roles and other employee’s management. This system can manage all Employee Information, Documents, such as pay slips, attendance, holidays, work schedule, and reports. It enables the user to upload documents, manage attendance, manage holidays, schedule work, and create mileage travel reports of company cars given to the staff.
Scope:- The two key components of the project were design and development. We created HRMS for a web-based multi-user application along with an additional mobile application for both iOS/Android platforms. It would be used by multiple users to take pictures of documents and these pictures would be transformed into a proper size to upload to the server.
In order to understand the user journey, we initially followed the Customer-Centric Design technique and determined user pain points. We later developed the entire project pixel-by-pixel and component-by-component to prepare the final outcome, tested and did the deployment.

Idea:- An indoor and outdoor court booking app. Where you can easily book the court to play by just finding your nearby courts and book them instantly by choosing the available time slots on your desired date.
Challenge:- Our client wanted a court booking App UX UI design. This app is for anybody who wants to book a court. So, just open the app and find a nearby court on your way. Choose a time, date, and pick-up slot. The reservation process should be as simple as possible. Location and price are important information for getting to know new courts. Once the user is ready to make a reservation, the available time is the most important thing.
Our Roles:-
Our BA team did all the Research and Development for domain analysis, and competitive analysis and they submitted the detailed technical report to the UX UI team.
Our UX engineers did a detailed level study on the UX for Streamlining and simplifying the core user experience for booking facilities.

That is why the majority of people today are financially stressed, yet they incorrectly assume that making significant adjustments - or receiving large payoffs - is the only option. We want to get benefits, but often feel helpless or in the dark about how to do so.

Idea:- Although walking in business is good, I often get customers who can’t make it in the morning because they are running late and they don’t have time to wait if there’s a queue at the stall. Having an online ordering system will hopefully solve that problem if they can order ahead of time and have their drink ready when they get here.
Challenge:- Our client wanted a coffee App. This app is for anybody who wants to have a coffee when they reach home and don't have the energy and mood to make coffee. So, just open an app and find a coffee shop on your way. Place your order and pick up a cup of coffee to enjoy at home.
Our Roles:-
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, User research, conducting interviews, and user feedback.

Client’s Idea & Challenge:-
Idea:- Users do not have access to a platform that allows them to purchase any type of cannabis product; currently available websites are limited to a small number of items.
Challenge:- The users had to buy their intended product from Cannabis stores and dispensaries, which was a hassle. This upset the user, and despite their best efforts, they were unable to retrieve their goods.
Our Role:-
We were assigned this task to complete the domain analysis, prepare a report with all the user scenarios, and then come up with the clickable mockups that would help in detailed customer feedback, clearly understandable for the development team.
Our BA team did very detailed research and prepared a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document for the UX UI team.
Our UX engineers and UI Designers did their own Research for the UX and UI, competitive analysis. wireframes, mockups, and prototypes were built with a user-friendly and seamless User Flow in mind.
Solution:-
A cannabis e-commerce store website in which the user can quickly find his or her desired goods and purchase them using a simple payment method. On the website, there will be several registered dispensaries with nearly all types of cannabis products.
There will be quick product searches, and the user will be able to see all of the product's information by reading the product description and reviews.
End Product:-
We provided a well-balanced, thoroughly researched report, as well as a clickable UX UI design with the best user experience and usability testing at the design level.
