My role is as a person who strives to maintain communication, interaction, and keeps people intact with their passion while keeping time in mind. I don’t think it’s me who is important in the organization but my team relies on me when needed, who comes to me for a solution, and I am there to bring that satisfaction. It's the same thing, we strive for customers and my role is to simply keep everything on track while satisfying my team and customer both. It’s like bringing everyone on the same page.

Every small goal we achieve is important and biggest for us and there is no such thing called the biggest achievement. But one thing I would say as my achievement was when my team said “we will work out everything and make our organization one of the global leaders that everyone wants to work with”. So, there are a lot of things to achieve in the future and aim best for everyone.
I have a few advice and inputs to share with people who are trying to make their idea or business work, always set small goals that can lead you to big achievements. I have always tried to begin with small and then move towards something big, which not only changes my life but people that are surrounding me. Our clients' ideas can only be enhanced through us and help with our algorithm and design. So mark every step and achieve every goal.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Planning the schedule is not tough but to maintain that pace, idea, and management on a track that completes development phases. So, the first thing is definitely planning but that’s one of the helps that pave the road and then we move out to layout and what customers demand. Then we begin with the coding part that exactly takes days to complete and moving on next is checking up with updates. Keeping everything in the checklist and informing clients on the same too.

Update is a time-taking process, which is important and necessary to carry on with but it requires keen observation and analysis. Why I am saying this is because updates of the business system need time and it takes resources, so it should always be planned in a time frame where work is not suffering or getting hampered.
This is a strategy that gives growth to your business while keeping pace with technological innovations. I plan such updates holding the above factors in mind and this way, my customer satisfaction ratings, and technological advancements go hand-in-hand.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Internet of Things (IoT) are very important and wholly interrelated with each other. These technologies are very popular and rapidly evolving technologies. Around billions of dollars are being spent in developing mobile applications and it is estimated with the current situation that industry will reach USD1.4 trillion by 2021. This is simply because of high demand for businesses to be mobile friendly with complete integration of IoT, VR, and AR.
In easy and simpler terms, Virtual Reality technology immerses users into the surroundings whereas Augmented Reality overlays and positions virtual things in the real world.
