Give us a quick overview on YorviTech Solutions. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

YorviTech Solutions is not just a company offering web and mobile development solutions, it’s a team working as a family that offers services to make life easier and simpler. It is one of the leading companies based in Jaipur with over 9 years of track record in doing what we do the best. An organization with more than 20 web development experts having an average experience of six years.

What is your role in the management and development of YorviTech Solutions?

My role is as a person who strives to maintain communication, interaction, and keeps people intact with their passion while keeping time in mind. I don’t think it’s me who is important in the organization but my team relies on me when needed, who comes to me for a solution, and I am there to bring that satisfaction. It's the same thing, we strive for customers and my role is to simply keep everything on track while satisfying my team and customer both. It’s like bringing everyone on the same page.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

Every small goal we achieve is important and biggest for us and there is no such thing called the biggest achievement. But one thing I would say as my achievement was when my team said “we will work out everything and make our organization one of the global leaders that everyone wants to work with”. So, there are a lot of things to achieve in the future and aim best for everyone.

I have a few advice and inputs to share with people who are trying to make their idea or business work, always set small goals that can lead you to big achievements. I have always tried to begin with small and then move towards something big, which not only changes my life but people that are surrounding me. Our clients' ideas can only be enhanced through us and help with our algorithm and design. So mark every step and achieve every goal.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Planning the schedule is not tough but to maintain that pace, idea, and management on a track that completes development phases. So, the first thing is definitely planning but that’s one of the helps that pave the road and then we move out to layout and what customers demand. Then we begin with the coding part that exactly takes days to complete and moving on next is checking up with updates. Keeping everything in the checklist and informing clients on the same too.

With a large number of smartphone users has expanded over 2.5 billion and the usage of mobile applications has surely skyrocketed. Mobile applications are more or less a necessity for businesses these days, which facilitates brand building, increases awareness, improves customer engagement, promotes revenue growth, just to name a few of its benefits. How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

So I follow this simple strategy to keep everyone happy and manageable at the same time.

Plus help them choose the right one too. One of the important things that clients forget to mention sometime is “security”, we from our end inform that product safety and security will be a top priority as it clients and developers efforts.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

This one is a tough question as both abide by the latest trend and innovations, which only depends on the need of the client's demand. But here is the brief difference for better understanding - Native application is a software program that performs some specific task on a particular environment or platform like an Android app built on a Java development kit.

Well, hybrid apps are native apps only because they can be downloaded from the platform's app store and users can get access to all native platform features. Both have their perks and advantages, so it will be always wise to choose depending on the requirements of clients.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Hope this helps every appreneur, a great mobile application takes center stage and dedication since the app development process has been repeatedly talked about. The process takes considerable time and effort spent on R&D, discovery, design, and development. For us providing value to end-users is a prime goal but pricing a digital product is an equally important aspect and it should not be overlooked.

Millions and billions are earned based on the pricing model, this includes various factors like building a technology that is greater in life, a product that users want, testing the product at various price points, features, and tiers based on what users can use plus enjoy, services that can bring knowledge base and revenue option for clients, and much more. These pricing models are completely based on the client's requirement and product, and we fix them according to the benefits clients want. Mobile application development is not a cake walk, it’s a hardship of developers, working day and night so we pretty manage it well that keep everyone happy.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

First and foremost agenda of our working process is customer satisfaction but there are certain criteria we strictly follow and always push our team to follow. So here are a few tips and tops of my experience from past 10 years -

Treat your client the way you want to be treated and remember every customer/client wants to see the sunny side of you and your business, so always keep a filter prepared while keeping yourself in their shoes. One of the simplest procedures for fulfilling this agenda is to create a scenario and practice with an answer.

Second criteria is focusing on company culture while ensuring that every employee gets regular training programs, adapting cultural values, and knowing how to deal with customers at top. Lastly, always welcome feedback and respect it with an open mind to bring innovations and changes.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Update is a time-taking process, which is important and necessary to carry on with but it requires keen observation and analysis. Why I am saying this is because updates of the business system need time and it takes resources, so it should always be planned in a time frame where work is not suffering or getting hampered.

This is a strategy that gives growth to your business while keeping pace with technological innovations. I plan such updates holding the above factors in mind and this way, my customer satisfaction ratings, and technological advancements go hand-in-hand.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Internet of Things (IoT) are very important and wholly interrelated with each other. These technologies are very popular and rapidly evolving technologies. Around billions of dollars are being spent in developing mobile applications and it is estimated with the current situation that industry will reach USD1.4 trillion by 2021. This is simply because of high demand for businesses to be mobile friendly with complete integration of IoT, VR, and AR.

In easy and simpler terms, Virtual Reality technology immerses users into the surroundings whereas Augmented Reality overlays and positions virtual things in the real world. On other hand, IoT is an interconnection of various physical devices, which can exchange among themselves and provide a real-time presentation.

At last, these three technologies complement each other, which aims at merging the physical/real world with digital - the world that can be seen through eyes but cannot be touched like wallet money.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Just like “Rome was not built in a day”, in the same way, to “change the world” for the better cannot be developed in one day. Technological innovations should be at such a pace that never removes or eradicates manpower rather it should go hand-in-hand, where technological evolution is supported and adopted by manpower.

We aim for a better future and better world but not costing anyone else’s life, we want to create a technology that not only benefits our client but fulfills the needs of the end-user, who are trying to cross obstacles and hurdles due to lack of proper technology. So, I believe that mobile technology development is a world of various possibilities that brings the physical and virtual world together. Technology should always be a support system and not the boss of people that takes over the life of an individual. Currently, we are just a small part of the big mobile technology world and our agenda is clear to bring technology that expands people's horizons.
