Inventory Management
Company will be renting the construction materials to the their clients. On taking orders from the clients, company will send the ordered items. Once the order is taken and requested item is dispatched or rented to the client, the application will be updating the inventory of the item issued.Similarly, Once the rented duration is completed and the item is released back to the company from the client, inventory will be updated.
Modules Involved:
Customer Module:
Collect all information about the customer and site information.
Item Module:
Collect all information about items and can see the all created Items here.
Order Module:
Create Order for the customer in this Module and can view the all
created orders.
Dispatch Module:
Send the ordered items from the dispatch Module. Whenever the item is sent it will automatically maintain in the inventory.
Receipt Module:
Receive the ordered items in receipt Module and whenever the
items is received, it will update the inventory.
Reconcilation Module:
To add a new stock or scrap the old stock this can be done in this
reconciliation module,in order to restricted the direct changes in the stock.
Billing Module:
Generate automated bill for every month as well as view the created Bills.
Payment Module:
Collect all information about the payment for the created orders
Tender Management System
Here we maintain all Projects details in Zoho CRM in a separate Module. When a project stage will be changed to the "Tender" then we bring that Project to the Zoho Creator application. Then the Below step by step process will be carried out.
The Creator application is used to capture all the basic details of each Tender from the CRM and Track the each tender until its gets completed or dropped. This step by step process is a fully automated sequence Once you complete the first step it will redirect into you to the next step.
Modules
Tender Setup: In this Stage we automatically create a Tender in it whenever the project "Stage" gets changed to "Tender" in the CRM.
Site Visit: This module is to ensure the Site visit is completed for this Projet and to collect some basic details about that Site Vist by "IVY Employees".
Internal Doc Review: In this module We captured the details about the Trades needed for this project and created a Task for the each employees who are going to work under this Tender.
Upload Docs: By using this module user can upload the files that needed for this Tender in the Zoho Workdrive.
Call Sheet: Here we create an individual call sheet to each Trade person that the user will selected in this module.
Issue Docs: We send a mail to the corresponding contact persons with the Zip file that user has uploaded as a set of individual files in the "Upload Docs" stage. And also we track the Contact Person whether he is going to Quote for this Teder or not. In case if he is going to quote then we capture all that details regarding that.
