Give us a quick overview of WebClues Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

WebClues Infotech is an innovative IT company where the team strives to provide the best IT solutions through cutting-edge technologies to accelerate the pace of your business. Our services range from Mobile app development, Web development, e-commerce, on-demand solutions to the latest technologies of BlockChain, Artificial Intelligence and IoT. We have cultivated the organization with a prime objective to provide state-of-the-art services where the client’s vision is fulfilled effectively by creating a niche market space. Hence, we’re always inventing, evaluating, and refining new ways to communicate and add value leading to mutual growth.

The journey started in 2013, when I left my job with Accenture and was looking for exciting and challenging opportunities in the field of IT consulting and services. The thirst led to the birth of an organization that firmly believes in adding value to the society by developing optimal solutions. WebClues started in 2014 with a dedicated team of 8 members who firmly stood with; if not for the dedication and hard work of my team, we would not have reached where we are today.

What is your role in the management and development of WebClues Infotech?

As a Founder of the organization, I believe in mutual growth and an exponential learning curve. It is my prime responsibility to fulfill not only the needs of the customer but my team as well. I act as the bridge between the team and the client, which ensures smooth execution of the project. I have a keen interest in building strategies and defining process that lead to increasing the efficiency and performance of the team. I analyze the feedback from the stakeholders to identify the areas of improvements. I consider my employees as assets and not liabilities that play a crucial role in the development of my organization.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

My biggest achievement in the industry is the earning of a very precious and talented team of WebClues Infotech. We have achieved great success in the industry in the past couple of years. Working in various industry verticals has given us the chance to create intriguing yet challenging applications.
One of our biggest and most challenging applications was Indian Railway IRCTC PNR App.
In this application the user can book tickets and can check the PNR number as well. Given the size of the database required and the no. of users across various time zones, it was a challenging task for the team to create a robust yet simple application. We strived to create an application with clean and simple design as it would be used by people of various skill sets.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We carefully do the slicing and dicing of the requirement to define the scope of work. Our Business Analyst team then prepares a detailed SRS document to capture all the requirements in detail.  This is communicated to the client and helps in defining the milestones for the project. Along with this, we will also share the optimal tech stack with the client that can fasten the rate of development. We use project management tools like Jira, Zoho, Asana, Basecamp & Trello for our Agile development process and to define the sprints and timelines. My focus is to provide the client with the best possible solution in a personalized, cost-effective and timely manner.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Communication is the key here. I consider even the minutest details like, who are the target audience? What are the key features and functionalities to be embedded? Should the client go for cross-platform or Native app development etc., I aim to guide the client to the most suitable path to fulfill what he/she is targeting. I ensure that I can help them out with my knowledge and skills towards choosing the perfect platform to give a wonderful experience to their customers as well as elevate revenue generations.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

This completely depends on the project requirements. Native apps provide an amazing experience since they can work with the native component of the mobile device and allow you to use the in-built functionalities like camera, microphone, etc. But they require separate coding to be done for each platform which might require more efforts in some cases.

On the other hand, Hybrid apps allow you to target a wide range of audiences via multiple platforms through a single code base but may not offer you the same user experience which the native apps provide. Moreover, you are required to use the native code for some components like camera, microphone, etc

Thus, it depends much on the requirements of the project and external factors like project features, cost, duration, tools and other technologies being used.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The pricing model varies and depends on what amount of time and effort does the project involves. While we work on different models like the fixed cost model, time and material model and the hourly model. There are some crucial factors like length of the development, the main objectives to be achieved, time and the level of the resources that will have to be employed, etc.
We propose an optimal solution to the client.


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

Creating an online presence is a basic necessity in today’s era. We assist the brands to gain excellence in the field of app development and accentuate the pool of their revenues. Our services include iPhone, Android, iPad, React Native, Flutter, Ionic and Windows app development. Through creativity and effective technical skills, we provide state-of-the-art app development services in multiple domains to our clients. We have ably increased the business of some of our clients by 4 folds in the duration of 2 – 3 years by introducing a great mobile app for their business.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

As I quote to my clients that “We want to work closely with them as their technology partner”. I truly believe that we can grow as an organization if we build more solutions for our client, which can make an impact in the society. Trust and transparency play a vital role in building a relationship, and I firmly believe and follow the same. Apart from that proper communication to analyze objective of the client is another crucial point to be considered. We involve the client during the development process as well and entertain positive feedback. I do ensure that necessary steps are taken and we inculcate the culture of continuous improvement. On the whole, I look toward to build a long-lasting relationship with the client even after the project is completed. For me, the loyalty and client’s satisfaction are of the foremost priority.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

I firmly believe to have an exponential learning curve and have a keen interest in the latest trends in the field of information technology. I am associated with groups, forums and blogs who share the same interest. My team undergoes trainings, attends seminars if needed, while being in continuous watch of the recent market trends and technologies, and leverage the potential of our services.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?

AR, VR and IoT are already the current thing in mobile application development. They would lead the face in IT solutions, gaming technologies as per the current trends. Personally, I feel in near future, they are going to bring a renaissance in the way we carry our business today. These days, users tend to go towards innovations in the form or augmented and virtual reality in mobile application developments, which enhances the feel and gives personal touch.


What do you think will be the future of Mobile Technology?

Predicting the future of mobile technology is like predicting the birth of it 35 years ago. Based on the current trends, the future will be a combination of intuitive voice technology with IoT. Today’s era believes in accessing information at finger tips. Mobile technology is providing the means for knowledge, entertainment, business, and communication. In the coming years, we might end up coming in terms to more vibrant and advanced features under the domain of augmented and virtual reality.
