Give us a quick overview on W2S Solutions. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

W2S Solutions is a Technology company, Our Subject Matter Experts and Technology consultants offer Contextual Digital Transformation for Enterprises, SDG Solutions for Governments. We offer application development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning and Cloud deployment in Azure or Amazon Web Services. Located in USA, UAE, Greece and India, we are a team of 100+ Full Stack Engineers offering results oriented Digital Transformation for businesses.

We exist in business for 10 Years and our leadership team has 20+ years experience in Information Technology. Producing Life Simplified applications for B2B and B2C is our motive and we are successfully marching towards that.

What is your role in the management and development of W2S Solutions?

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

As a technology company, we intend to deliver life-simplified solutions for humans and workforce. With our vast technology skill sets, we have built great Sustainable Development Goals solutions for Governments that covers Life on land, Clean water, Sustainable communities, Affordable and clean energy, Decent work and economic growth. With an overall 17 Goals in SDG, we have implemented solutions for 10 Goals that helps various Governments and Enterprises.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Our first session will be a Discovery phase, which consist of multiple brainstorming session to understand customer's problem or the USP of their solution or for an existing business how operations can be optimized. This Discovery session will help to solidify high-level requirements, understand the need and identify tech stack.

Our second phase will be Visualization. We will whiteboard our solution with wireframes or User Experience design. This deliverable brings both the parties visually see what will be delivered.

If these two phases are successfully done and well articulated, the rest will be a pure project execution. Such as Database Design, Development, QA and deployment. With effective Project Management model, stakeholders shall manage the project, and work towards to obtain the deliverables.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Customer requirements, Budget and timeline will be the core factor in defining the platform.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Native or Hybrid tech stack decision is based on customers’ requirement and budget. If the app requires more device specific features and pixel perfect User Experience design, It’s recommended to go with Native development. As this technology has been evolved in the last 10 years, it has Pros and Cons and have to be defined as per the project scope.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Innovation, Research, and Development are the primary factors to keep us up to date in technology. Though it needs investment, time, and energy, if we have to be well ahead, we should invest our time and energy in innovation and R&D.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

VR and AR help customers to visualize the future. Though it can only be used for specific Industries, AR and VR help customers who would like to view the final outcome earlier. This also helps in great manner for training and tutorials as Institutions cannot afford a mistake at real time and they had to train people with augmented or virtual reality mocks.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile technology is in its peak now as it’s more than 15 years old now. As smartphones are in the market for more than two decades, iIt will move towards analyzing the users data, how privacy of an user can be protected will play a key role in the future of mobile technology.
