UAPP CRM is primarily about effective personnel management. Thanks to its extensive functionality and user-friendly interface, it simplifies navigation and increases productivity. In addition, it integrates seamlessly with the best business applications, which increases its usefulness for tracking and managing tasks.
Auctions Platform
In 2023, the goal was to redesign and update the site's functionality, as well as expand the number of auction zones for the sale of not only land plots, but also real estate, state and municipal property. A marketing strategy was defined to ensure the site's continued success.
Automated Mailing System
A platform that combines the services of printing and sending letters.
We developed a service that provides an opportunity to automate work with correspondence and send various physical letters online.
The platform has integration with printers and the API of the national post, which allows to speed up and optimize the process of sending letters.
The main task was to create a sense of trust in the platform and also make a functionally convenient design so that the user can navigate the platform and easily perform the necessary tasks.
DESIGN GOAL
The design of the platform was developed by taking into account the best user experience practices. The needs and tasks of the business were worked out and on the basis of this data, an info architecture for wirefram’s and further design work was built. The design takes into account all 10 heuristics and also brings maximum value to the business
SERVICES INTEGRATION
Integration with the Ukrposhta API is configured to automate registrations and control shipments on the platform.
The platform also integrates with the widget of the government authority – the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
ONLINE EDITOR
The online editor allows you to create letters layouts right on the platform for the required print format. Simple functionality and a clear interface will help you easily create individual templates and impress your recipients.
You can also choose a free design from the list of ready-made templates offered by the platform.
ADDRESS BOOK
The platform provides an opportunity to add and store recipients’ addresses in one place – manually or using the Import Address function. Customers can also create groups of contacts for convenient handling of shipments.
SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR PRINTING MANAGERS
To simplify the work of print managers, we have developed a special application for Android, which is installed on a tablet.
ACCOUNT BALANCE
An easy-to-use account balance that is replenished in two ways: by bank card or by paying the bill. In the Transaction History section, the client can view detailed information about his own payments.
INTERNET PRINTING PROTOCOL
The integration of the platform with Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) printers is configured for the possibility of printing directly from the platform.
Marketing Agency Landing Page
We developed a landing page for Market Assistant that describes all services of the agency and allows all users to order these services online.
About project:
Market Assistant focuses on business marketing support and provides market and B2B research services. All services are oriented on the market segments analysis including complex market research, statistics, and evaluation for B2B partners, suppliers, producers, and buyers. Also, Market Assistant provides market surveys in the different areas of Ukrainian business.
OUR SOLUTION
There was developed a bright-colored and attractive website with main services, portfolio, and elements of animation. Also, a contact form was added to order services online.
Estimate Platform
Estimate is a unique platform that allows users to easily find a software development team with PM that exactly fits the project’s needs.
The user can have two roles on the platform – Customer and Partner. Customer is the one who orders development services on the platform. While Partner can earn money by bringing new Customers on the platform and getting a fee from the projects.
So depending on the goals, it is possible to use the platform to develop digital projects, or to build your own partnership structure for additional earnings.
DASHBOARD
All basic user information is on Dashboard. There are a partnership structure, created projects, balance information, and a personal referral link.
MY PROJECTS
This is detailed information about active projects. You can track the progress of the project and other additional information, such as deadlines or costs.
MY WALLET
For convenience, all details about transaction history, user balance, and withdrawal unit are displayed on My Wallet page.
Estimate Landing Page
We developed a functional landing for Estimate platform to attract new users and show the platform’s functionality and benefits.
Estimate is a software development platform where customers can find developers for their digital projects. The main goal is to develop good quality projects and to build strong partnerships with independent sales managers.
With Estimate, users don’t have to look for a development team, communicate with them, struggle with complicated technical terminology and spend time controlling and monitoring project development.
