Give us a quick overview on TRooTech Business Solutions. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?TRooTech is our Dream (still in its infancy). When in college, Priyank and I had decided not to dull our lives and passion for technology in working for MNCs; instead we wanted to build one (MNC). Hence, we found TRooTech in 2014 with the intention of bringing the best technological reforms in the internet space with Mobile Application Development as our sharp smart weapon.
What is your role in the management and development of TRooTech Business Solutions?I communicate TRooTech’s vision to fellow members, clients, prospects, and business partners. I make sure that the team roles are understood by the members and that our Brand Value is progressive in the market. I develop and lead the executive team as well.
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industryOur clients, we work with a handful of them but when they appreciate us frequently in their own words, we feel meaningful.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? At TRooTech, we have a pre-defined path for the undertaking of a project. We are TRoo to our clients! ALWAYS. We give them the price and time estimate looking to their requirements, keeping them updated with each and every accomplished benchmark of their project. It’s of no use to give them false promises and unrealistic expectations.
Seeming at the urgency and priority of the client, we divide the project into various sections and our teams separately undertake each section’s development. After testing each module, we club it in one and again test for the final results.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? We literally get into our client’s mind. We hear out their very needs and requirements before we choose their solution. After a deep analysis of their problem, we do a deep study of the market and technology trend. Finally, we choose a platform that best suits their domain/niche.
And the thing about profitability is that when any problem is addressed well, it is sure to make a profit. Their users get satisfied and thus they rely on our client’s applications.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?Native is conventional while the hybrid is yet immature we feel. Hybrid can definitely work for small, straight and simple apps but native is the way for making large-scale projects. We mostly deal with large-scale projects and our choice is native.
Hybrid has its own drawbacks and what we aim to deliver our clients is reliability. Hence, we go for Native.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? We do work on Time & Material model mostly. A project is on-board deciding the expertise it needs and the number of resources it needs. We work completely on the agile method so the sprints are decided; the number of resources and expertise decided to work and time is calculated, and presented to the client. Per resource monthly charges are allowed. That’s our scheme.
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business? That’s our motto. We make apps that understand businesses, which are helpful in actual business scenarios to our clients. And we make sure of that. Like making sure and being with clients until they see results is our USP you can say.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?Detailed communication and knowledge sharing are the key factors for the client’s satisfaction. Telling them what challenges we are working on makes them more satisfied.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? We accept CHANGE. That is what keeps us going in the mobile technology feat. We don’t restrict to the proven methods of the successful technological revolution. Rather we experiment and judge for ourselves. Results make it evident to the world showcasing what makes us stand head-up in the avalanche of technological advancements.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)? The Industry 4.0 Revolution has already begun to take shape and Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and Internet Of Things increase productivity and flexibility of systems.
Collaboratively, the Mixed Reality will ease out the interconnections amongst various industries, factories, and among the physical and the virtual world by syncing data associated with each digital product through IoT.
I only have to say that we should not underestimate the power of these powerhouses.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology? The picture of Mobile you have in your mind as a rectangular device is surely going away in the future. It is actually going away in present as well. So advancements in IoT & Wearables are the only future. We are prepared because we are the veterans that way, we have got a very strong base knowledge of making apps to Operating Systems rather than devices.
