Give us a quick overview on The NineHertz. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Nine Hertz India Pvt. Ltd. is a headmost IT firm which is globally known for its top-class web and app development services. We strive for modernization and technology since 2008. This journey of our success is incomplete without our dedicated team of developers, project managers and every member of the entire team. The team is responsible for the timely delivery and all necessary inputs of every project, whether it is a small one or major one.

We provide web development and designing services for prominent web technologies. In the field of app development, we serve for Android, iOS, PhoneGap, hybrid and wearable technologies. Apart from development, we also offer app redesigning, migration and maintenance services. Business solutions such as CRM, Cloud computing, blockchain, SaaS development, Digital marketing and Software consulting are our acute fields as our team have sound knowledge of software and its specifications.

Our aim was to reach world’s leading brands and help them with our technical abilities. The satisfaction of fulfilling needs of those brands made us more proactive towards delivering solutions. Hence, the results are satisfactory as well.

What is your role in the management and development of The NineHertz?

I am CTO at Nine Hertz. I put my efforts in managing business process and overall team. Moreover, my strengths are for strategizing revenue areas, set objectives and track everything.

I perform deep studies on upcoming projects. In free time, I read the latest trends and technologies in order to put all of them forward with our efforts. Usually, I assure the comfort of every member of my team and discuss every opportunity with them.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

From past 8 years, we find our work as the greatest achievement which is flourishing us day by day. Our client's trust is our greatest award which we earn with our dedication. It takes time to build trust and we always provide beyond their expectations. Due to this extra care, they are coming to us repeatedly. There is an 85% of repeat client ratio which clearly shows their attachment to our professionalism. This is all our strategy to grow. 1000+ projects delivered successfully and 450+ clients from all over the world have collaborated with us.

We have been ranked in top development directories like Clutch, AppFutura, Edeskhub, Extract and many other platforms. In India, we secured our position under top 20 web and app development companies. We are continuously getting high ranks in prominent directories and in future, we hope to maintain it and gain highest among all. 

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We believe in agile methodology and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). There are 4 main phases of our development process – collection, analysis, development and delivery. First, we note down all the requirements and collect every little project details carefully.

In the second phase, we do an analysis of every little piece of requirement. Our technical team and project teams take equal part in this process so that they can put their comprehensive knowledge in development. The aim of analysis is to discuss the scope, resources and risks, delivery schedule and milestones, project definition and cost. 

After analyzing things closely, we put complete analysis in a document to let the client know about everything and to know his acknowledgment for performed analysis. After getting confirmation about the analysis, developers are allotted with their modules which they have to submit in given timeframe. This is the core phase, where the client’s idea is going live with our efforts. 

During development, we collect feedback from clients on our actions and if they want us to make any changes, we implement that as well. We give value to our client’s feedback as the end product is supposed to be the piece of satisfaction to them. 

The last phase is delivery, after quality check and complete payment; the project is successfully handover to the clients. 

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? 

Choosing a right platform is one thing which means the platform must have the potential to meet the audience’s needs and support every required feature and functionality. Whilst, choosing a profitable platform is the one which can give you a better future scope and pay off well for your efforts.

Our research team is very active in researching latest trends and different projects to collect ideas on the platform and other technical measures. Clients will definitely come with their choice and priorities; we proceed with their ideas and offer feasible implementations to them. We refigure out their things to get more clear insights of their needs. At last, we deliver something which is perfect by every edge. So that they can get high ROI and good value of their platform selection.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you make this choice? 

Both native and hybrid are good choices and clients can better estimate what will suit them after analyzing what are the powers of particular. Having a thorough knowledge of each will give you an idea about what you should have.

According to me, native app development is a fruitful choice to provide the better user experience. Because hybrid apps have slow performance due to limited access to software and hardware, and thus, after sometime, users abandon it. After that, clients have no chance to make a user come back, so one should be wise and put justice to user’s experience instead of spending their money, expectation and time in hybrid app development.

Native app development is a good choice to make audience trust you and be with you for a long time. Ultimately, that’s all we want.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

There are three pricing models in our approach – Fixed cost model, Time and material based model and dedicated resource model.

In fixed cost model, the cost is fixed as the project has a very clear goal which is easy to determine resources and specifications. The deliverable such as resources, risk and time-frames are well-defined so the cost is always discussed post analysis of the project. 

Time and material based model is offered when the time and resource requirements are not much clear. Weekly reports are delivered in set phases and the cost is determined by calculating a number of hours devoted by each resource. 

When the requirements are clear but resources are client managed then we offer dedicated resource model. Here clients are free to utilize the resources as required. 

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by The NineHertz for your clients in enhancing their business? 

We have delivered 450+ apps till date, which has successfully downloaded by millions of users. The reviews of these apps are good overall. Here I am sharing three of our projects which have caught many eyes.

Whistle Phone Finder App – It is an android app which is best for those who have a habit of forgetting their Smartphone in the home or anywhere. You just have to whistle aloud to find your misplaced phone. 

Approprice – This app is perfect for online shopaholics as they can get to know the price of all major platforms like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay etc. By comparing price and offers, they can buy accordingly. 

Chefstalk – This app is for food lovers where they can share their food preferences, pictures, idea, recipes, news and activities. People can show their love towards food and by sharing taste ideas on this social app; they can walk into another culinary culture.

These apps are just three in number, we have delivered many more, some of them are our products and some are designed on the requirement of clients. These apps have a maximum number of downloads and users are quite satisfied with the performance. 

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction? 

Communication is a vital tool to achieve desired success in your work. We always set a stable connection with our clients in every phase of development to get their ideas about our work. The daily reports are handover to them so that they can view our efforts. If they like to add something, we definitely do changes for them till they gain complete satisfaction on our attempts.

Moreover, we start everything from ground level. We do not believe in shortcuts, whatever we do, we blend everything with perfection to deliver out-of-the-box solution to the client. 

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? 

Being in IT, we follow technology by heart. In our regular meeting sessions, we discuss each domain’s latest trends to inherit changes and streamline our work culture. Change is necessary and we do not just think of adopting change but implement it for the betterment.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

These three technologies are becoming much popular these days and bringing various positive changes in our day to day life. Upcoming years will be impactful as almost half of our mobile apps will be based on these technologies only. Everyday new tools and trends based on AR, VR and IoT are released, which is giving a clear picture of their dependencies for app’s features.

Although we have developed a few projects based on virtual reality, still we are in the beginning stage, so I believe this is the right time to get our hands dirty in it and learn as much as we can in order to bring stellar implementations in our development work.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

We can’t predict but hopefully, it will be too much exciting. The future of mobile technology is vast like an ocean where you can get islands of opportunities, treasures of technology and trends and there are some unsolved mysteries too.

By the time, all these are coming in our way, and we are getting a way to deal with the impossibilities and extracting all the plus points from it. What I believe is - let’s stay in surprises and welcome each trend.
