Give us a quick overview on Teclogiq. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Teclogiq is a full-stack web and mobile app development company that offers user-centric product design & engineering services. Established in 2012, with the dedicated and skilled team of professionals, Teclogiq emphasizes on a continuous learning curve by which we strive to deliver the best technology solutions in the least time and cost. We focus on building an environment that fosters trust, honesty, interconnectivity, and accountability between our team and client organizations.

What is your role in the management and development of Teclogiq?

As a Founder and Director of Teclogiq, I manage projects along with clients to fulfill diversified client requirements for customized web and mobile application development and deliver extra-ordinary IT services. I need to lookout both managerial and technical aspects so I am a responsible person who takes every critical decision in every situation for the growth of the company.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

Well, we have many achievements in our journey of 8 years like getting our first global customer without any reference and portfolio, getting more business from repeated client, completed projects in tight timeline, but if we talk about the biggest achievement then I would like to refer the website, web app, and mobile app development for the online sports betting business of our client. He gave us a short timeline to develop all these things and we had successfully developed the promised digital solution and provided it to our client without any bug.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Every app is unique, and there are lots of different factors that will impact how long it takes to complete. Then also, it is necessary for us to complete the client’s project on time to achieve the trust of the client. So when we get the client requirements, our analyst creates app development phases, and based on those phases, the project manager defines the timeline for app development that we give to our client.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

Our team always looks for the latest industry trends and stay in touch with the market. So based on the business requirements of the client we do enough research to choose technology, platform, devices, OS, etc for the project development.

In our research, we look for factors like geography, target audience, market trends, consumer demands, and preferences. Then we suggest our client choose the best from our research that can benefit them in cost and time.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

It depends on the budget of the app. I recommend Hybrid apps for a low budget app. Because native apps are platform-dependent, if we develop a native app for a single platform we may lose the audience of other platforms. So we should develop native apps for every platform which costs more compare to developing a hybrid app. Meanwhile, Hybrid apps work across platforms and behave like native apps. Also, hybrid apps cost less compared to native apps.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The pricing model is always a difficult question to answer. It could be a fixed-price contract, time & material, or dedicated team based on client requirements. We follow the models whatever the client can feel comfortable with. If the requirements are well defined, we suggest our clients to follow a fixed-price contract. For the projects with no fixed requirement, time and material model would be the best model to follow. The dedicated team is always preferable where the client wants complete control of the project and we follow the instruction provided by the client during the development.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

We always strive to build client-centric software solutions in a cost-effective way. At Teclogiq, we have helped many clients to turn their business concepts into real mobile app solutions. I think the best way to attain client satisfaction is to understand what each client wants and provide them the exact software solution that they think of. At Teclogiq, we strive for providing not only client satisfaction but the client success as well. Also, transparency is the key to client satisfaction that we follow in every project.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We regularly conduct meetups within the company and outside of it. From time to time, we gather our team to discuss new technologies and updates and how important they are for our company and clients. We then choose those things we are going to implement. We also publish blog and guest posts to share with the world.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT) possess huge potential when it comes to transforming a diverse range of industry sectors such as travel, medicine, real estate, and more. In the coming years, AR/VR and IoT are going to be an important part of every business sector. The future mobile apps will integrate the advancements of these technologies in the form of innovative features.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

As we discussed above, AR & VR experience, IoT, and AI-based assistants will shape the future of mobile apps. Also, Machine Learning will have a huge impact on mobile apps. With these technologies, we will have more secure and intelligent mobile apps than now.
