Softshark collaborated with Opportunity DB to build a platform for investors who are looking for new opportunities. One of the key features of the platform is its filtering system, which allows its users to quickly and easily find investment opportunities that meet their specific criteria. With just a few clicks, users can filter investment opportunities based on a range of criteria, such as location, investment strategy and industry focus. This makes it easy for the users to find the right opportunities for their portfolio, without having to sift through a lot of irrelevant information. Having a detailed map of Opportunity Zones and market insights is another feature highlighted on the portal. Additionally, the website also includes educational resources and guides to help investors get started and make informed decisions.
Investment Fund Database Management System
Softshark implemented the creation of a platform for AltsDb that accurately reflects their brand and mission. AltsDb provides insights to help protect and grow wealth with alternative investments. Our main objective in the process was to develop a platform that delivers value to AltsDb's target audience of financial advisors and High Net Worth investors. Some of the main features that were highlighted were user-friendly navigation with a modern layout. We ensured that the portal was fully responsive and optimized for different devices to provide an optimal user experience. Our team implemented robust security features to ensure that the portal is safe and secure for all users.
Multi-Channel Financial Media
In collaboration with Cryptogic, Softshark created a platform that would allow users to have access to the latest cryptocurrency trends in one place. Taking this into account, our main objective was to create a platform that delivers value to Cryptogic's target audience of cryptocurrency and NFT investors. To cater to the needs of cryptocurrency investors, we implemented several features that they would find useful. The platform includes real-time pricing and market data for a wide range of cryptocurrencies, as well as in-depth analysis and reports on market trends and investment opportunities. Additionally, we added a news section that covers the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market and provides insights from industry experts.
Full Scale Contact Center Platform
Softshark created a contact center platform for Untangl that enables seamless communication between customers and support representatives. The platform is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, with features such as automatic call routing and real-time reporting. We also integrated advanced analytics and AI-powered technologies to help Untangl better understand customer behavior, optimize workflows, and increase customer satisfaction.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with Untangl to ensure that the platform met their specific needs and requirements. We conducted extensive research and testing to ensure that the platform was robust, reliable, and scalable.
Telecommunication Solutions Software
Softshark collaborated with TracFone Wireless to develop a portal for telecommunication solutions, taking into consideration the company's status as a subsidiary of one of the largest phone providers in the US, Verizon Communications. Our team prioritized crucial features in the telecommunications industry, including mobile responsiveness, fast loading times, and easy navigation. These elements ensured that TracFone's users could access the portal from any device and easily find the information they needed.

In collaboration with Booka, SoftShark has contributed to a project in the field of event planning. Our mission is to connect event planners with top-quality suppliers, with a focus on those based in Ireland. SoftShark has played a key role in bringing this vision to life by building the web and mobile apps that power the Booka platform. This application streamlines the process of discovering and connecting with event suppliers, aiming to make event planning more efficient. Our partnership with Booka exemplifies our commitment to delivering top-notch software solutions.
