Workforce Training Platform Development
When Trike set out to revolutionize workforce training for the convenience store industry, they envisioned a mobile app delivering dynamic micro-learning tracks for deskless workers. They turned to us to transform this idea into reality within a tight five-month timeline. Our team of eight embraced the challenge, aiming to launch an MVP on both Google Play and the App Store.
We kicked off with intensive Event Storming sessions and QA discovery to select the optimal content management system as our foundation. Leveraging React Native and Python, we built feature-rich mobile applications and a robust back-office platform. By adopting Scrum methodologies and efficient communication tools like Slack and ClickUp, we streamlined the development process and kept everything on track.

UI Redesign for a Business Reporting SaaS
Wink Reports, an Australian SaaS company, needed a UX/UI overhaul to support their expansion into the U.S. market. Their platform had become cumbersome for non-technical users, particularly during onboarding and report creation. The challenge was to redesign the interface to be intuitive and user-friendly while preserving essential features for existing users.
Over six months, our three-person design team at SoftKraft analyzed the existing platform and gathered feedback from customer support. We introduced the concept of workbooks and tested various design approaches using low-fidelity prototypes. By leveraging the Ant Design System and our expertise in dashboard software, we developed high-fidelity designs featuring intuitive navigation and multi-step wizards.
After the design was finalized, SoftKraft provided a team of three frontend developers and a QA tester to implement the new designs. This ensured a seamless transition from design to development, maintaining the integrity of the user experience while accelerating the deployment process.
Python SaaS Product Ongoing Maintenance
When AttendanceK12 reached out to us, they sought to enhance their attendance tracking solution for K-12 educators and administrators. They needed a team that could not only refine their existing Python-based system but also proactively introduce new features and ensure the platform's reliability and security.
We began by conducting an in-depth analysis of their requirements and devised a strategy to optimize their system. Leveraging a Django/Python library, we accelerated development and improved efficiency. Throughout the project, we maintained rigorous quality assurance processes and held weekly meetings to review progress, address new issues, and demonstrate new functionalities.
Our collaboration led to significant enhancements in AttendanceK12's platform. We expanded functionalities like attendance and incident tracking modules, integrated external APIs, implemented multi-factor authentication, and improved notification systems with letters, SMS, and emails. The result was a more robust, efficient platform that allowed educators to spend less time on administrative tasks and more on serving their students.
SaaS to Analyze Procurement Processes
Kloopify set out to revolutionize procurement by seamlessly integrating sustainability into everyday business practices. They envisioned a SaaS platform leveraging AI and machine learning to analyze procurement processes for Scope 3 emissions impact. Partnering with SoftKraft, they embarked on a 12-month journey to transform this vision into a functional MVP.
Starting with a team of two developers, later scaling to four, SoftKraft built a user-friendly web app that effortlessly imports transactional data, applies advanced analytics, and presents insights through engaging visuals. Through clear and consistent collaboration, the development team ensured alignment with Kloopify's goals and maintained high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
The result is a robust platform featuring centralized management of supplier and product information, goal tracking, custom data inclusion, and automated questionnaire distribution. US-based tech consulting firm faced challenges in streamlining their contract management processes.
