We invited SimbirSoft to upgrade our IT product - a smart access system that is used in homes, offices and parking lots.

Access service provides users with convenience and security. Phone replaces typical keys, it can be used remotely and modern technologies guarantee protection against hacking to the user.

We have been cooperating with SimbirSoft since February 2019 and highly appreciate the company's readiness for complex tasks and efficient work. With its help, we improved the product, eliminated errors and added new features in a short time.

We came to SimbirSoft for cooperation in the development of several IT systems, including a high-load project for government agencies and for a social project. Knowing that we need a reliable partner who specializes in developing complex software solutions, we studied the market and chose SimbirSoft, which has extensive experience in creating high-loaded projects, including international ones.

We cooperate on several projects, the largest project is an administrative portal with attendance, which is measured in hundreds of thousands of people per day. With the help of the portal, users can read news, use an extensive database of documents, make an appointment with a government agency. Together with our partners, we have upgraded the portal with a view to a high load, have developed new sections of the site, have implemented an administrative interface. We also developed a platform designed for the charitable mutual assistance of residents of neighborhoods.

Joint teams consisting of developers and other specialists from both companies work on our joint projects with SimbirSoft. In collaboration with ongoing projects, we independently manage the development process.

It was important for us that our product was modern, user-friendly, could cope with high workload and had positive ratings from both users and the customer. Thanks to the cooperation with SimbirSoft, we got exactly what we wanted. Sociate General group and SimbirSoft got acquainted in 2017, starting with mobile and web application development for Rusfinance Bank. Afterwards Rusfinance Bank recommended us this software company. They proved to be a reliable partner with extensive experience that`s why we decided to involve them in development of backend for Rosbank online banking. SimbirSoft offered us an excellent idea on the several teams work organization to speed up the development and to increase the release quantity. Before SimbirSoft came we made business only with one vendor. At that time we were concerned by scaling our team, new feature time to market, growth of business requirements and expertise accumulation inside the company etc. We were ready for the idea of vertical teams building and SimbirSoft made us sure we were on the right track. We'd like to thank SimbirSoft for their help in providing testing and quality assurance for our products: mobile and desktop games. SimbirSoft have been contributing to the development of our products for a year already. We initially started working with them with the objective to expand the project and patches testing team, check updates more efficiently, and improve the quality of game launches. And, thanks to our partners, we've been successfully doing that. We really appreciate that SimbirSoft treats every task with attention to detail and provide valuable guidance.

A joint team of SimbirSoft and Dom.ru developed a mobile application called Movix. Without reference to the place this app allows Russian users to view movies, series, cartoons from a video library, as well as connect channels and receive viewing recommendations. Parents will appreciate the opportunity to control the content that is watched by their children. We’ve made a huge work during our collaboration. The core of the application for iOS was completely rewritten and a new design was introduced as part of rebranding. We also implemented the parental control, services for collecting statistics and several other features. It’s worth noting, the application speed is an important competitive advantage in our field. Therefore we asked SimbirSoft team to help us in strengthening of this advantage. And they made an outstanding job on optimizing of tv-guide work and rendering of movies / serials / programs list items. As a result we’ve got the player work accelerated. Daily meetings, sprints planning, using of tasktrackers and chat-messengers for instant communication, conducting of sprint retrospectives - all those things made it possible to built effective interaction process. It turned out working with a remote team can be as easy and comfortable as with an in-house team. What impressed us the most is that SimbirSoft team was deeply immersed in the project during the whole development process. They’d always take initiatives to improve the application so that users could be satisfied completely and Dom.ru could be considered as a the leading service for viewing media content. Such attitude demonstrates their comprehensive professional client approach. We are delighted we have found such a reliable software development partner.

An electronic application for Tochka Bank

I applied to SimbirSoft to develop a microservice for signing an electronic application confirming the acceptance of bank rules and opening an account. The goal is to redesign the form and make it a separate microservice. The last will reduce the time to market form updates as it will be independent from other system modules. SimbirSoft promptly responded to our need. The plan for microservice development was proposed in the shortest time. Despite of some difficulties in the early stages due to the lack of a technical systems description, the flexibility and enthusiasm of SimbirSoft team was moving the process forward. The whole cooperation was as clear as possible which is very important for us. The most impressive is SimbirSoft flexibility. Whatever the circumstances, we would always find a solution together. They are focused on effective, mutually beneficial cooperation and getting results. The active position of SimbirSoft in solving our issues is the reason why I would like to work with them further.

We would like to thank SimbirSoft for the flexible approach and proficiency in development of our products. Together, we released several solutions. Cesar Home application was completely redesigned and new graphical aesthetics achieved. In close partnership with SimbirSoft, we developed Cesar Car application - our flagship product. To prove our partnership successful Cesar Home clinched 2nd place only trailing to fellow Cesar Car application (award winning) as per Tagline Award 2018. One year ago we’ve launched BURGERKING mobile application. This is the point of sale that is always available! You can order meal and pay for it remotely. No more queues, just visit the restaurant and take your burger! We are going to develop it further. We hired SimbirSoft to audit it and help us to find ways of improvement. In particular, they reviewed back-end, infrastructure, and database of the mobile application. They also provided us with quality and UX analysis. It is always useful to involve independent teams to review your project. SimbirSoft gave us an optimal configuration settings recommendation, found out how to make it more secure, which code should be optimized and which tables in the database is better to partitioning. Thanks to SimbirSoft we will make our monitoring system more advanced. Speaking about quality assurance audit the most useful was information about cache. It seems to me that they had good expertise and extensive experience in software development and high-load systems. It would be great to collaborate with them further and develop something.

We have been working with Simbirsoft as outsource developers during two years within a project of P2P lending Fingooroo. We had CTO in Moscow and use Simbirsoft as a working head for development. In general, I can recommend this company, at least in case if you are ready to set up simple tasks and closely monitor the result. Deadlines were okay, budget a little bit cheaper than in developers in house in Moscow.

To evolve as a company, we created a product configurator app and website for our physical products. The software would enable customers to design the decoration used in their ceremony using our products. We soon realized that this tool would be much more versatile if we made it an open system and allowed other vendors to present their products so that private customers, but also funeral directors could use the platform to configure funerals. Our internal IT team is small, so we needed an experienced development firm to help us build that platform. SimbirSoft developed custom software for our online platform. We built the iOS app and designed the frontend layout for the web app. They were responsible for implementing the web app's code. They also built out the platform’s entire backend infrastructure. That process included programming the necessary API’s and constructing a stable database. They’re currently working to refine the final version for a steady launch. We’re super happy with their work. The results we’ve experienced so far are impressive considering they’ve only been working with us for half a year. Thanks to their efforts, our platform consists of a complex backend with a database set up alongside the frontend. It’s hard to find this service-oriented companies where we’re located, so we’re glad to be working with SimbirSoft. They think outside the box, often plan ahead of schedule, and their team is efficiently structured. I’d recommend them to anyone starting a software development project. They work ahead of schedule to better accommodate us. One of many examples: we attended a large conference two months after they joined the project to unveil portions of the platform for the first time publicly. SimbirSoft took it upon themselves to ensure a successful presentation by not augmenting the system’s code during the conference. Instead of working until 5:00 PM and then going home, I appreciate that they remain available and supportive during all hours of the day. Their ability to help out with even small tasks with developing the iOS app sped up the process significantly. We primarily use Skype to communicate. Trello allows us to open tickets, isolate bugs, and request minor changes. The initial price estimate was much lower than what it cost in the end. This also happened because we requested a lot of features and made multiple changes. Nonetheless, their cost-value balance is justified. SimbirSoft consists of an innovative and highly motivated team. They want to create a viable product instead of only doing the minimum amount of work required. They identify with the project, and that motivates them to produce positive results.
