Give us a quick overview on Seasia Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Seasia Infotech is a CMMI Level 5 certified company, which caters to the needs of large-scale enterprises and startups. It offers a reliable, cutting-edge and robust methodology to Design, Develop, Test & Market their solutions. We provide elite services to our clients globally by providing exceptional CMS development, iOS Application development, Android Application development, E-commerce development, and Cloud application that meets various business requirements.
Started my journey in 2000, my motive was to expand and achieve long-term goals with an idea to improve shareholder value. I always keep myself abreast with the latest technology trends in app development and try to deploy them to enhance app value and presence.

What is your role in the management and development of Seasia Infotech?
Being the CEO (Chief executive Officer) of the company, I am responsible for taking all the corporate decisions that ultimately prove to be beneficial for the company. In addition to this, I always try to assess all the potential risks and ensure that they are monitored and minimized.
I keep on evaluating the work of other executive leaders including directors, presidents, and vice presidents and ensure flawless functioning of the organization by soliciting advice and guidance whenever required.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry?
2018 was a fantastic year for Seasia Infotech. We were successful in expanding our marketplace and built incredible features in numerous mobile apps. But our ultimate success lies in the fact that we have almost doubled our core team and have managed to hire great talents while keeping our primary standards consistent and delivering numerous projects globally.
Hiring a team of professionals was not that easy, but so far we have managed to accumulate a passionate yet talented team that has contributed for our success. Although we still have a long way to go, I am proud of the work we have done and the team we have managed to build over the past years.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Undoubtedly, we always work in close connection with our clients to deliver on-time, on-budget, and goal-focused high-profile projects. We usually divide the total workload into small phases which can then be monitored easily and follow the popular project management methodology, Agile. We use various frameworks to implement Agile in our mobile app development such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and adaptive project management we ensure cutting-edge delivery of projects and meet our client’s deadlines without any glitches.

Native apps are built using software development tools (SDK) for a specific software framework, hardware platform or operating system. Just as Android app is made using JDK on Java platform, iOS app is developed using iOS SDK, Swift and Objective C.
Hybrid apps are native apps only as they can be downloaded from the device’s app store like a native app. It can get access to all the native platform features and performs close to the native app. For profitable and productive results, I would suggest hybrid apps because of the following reasons:
You need to write the code once and run anywhere.
The hybrid app can have the same and consistent user experience across different devices.
These apps can be run as Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
It can achieve the same hardware-based performance acceleration asa native app.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

And as the tech struggle continues to grow, AR, VR,and IoT have helped various brands to have a competitive edge in the global market.

On the other hand, the Internet of Things fortifies the fascinating effect that brands strive to yield and customers would love to experience.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
