We first approached ScienceSoft to build us a powerful Microsoft-based Human Resources Information System and Intranet. Overall, we were looking to improve the Squirrel experience for both managers and employees by putting the right people in the driver’s seat of employee data and workflows. With a 20-year track record and great online reviews, we chose Sciencesoft for the job. We relied on them to bring functionality and form to our scope, filling in the blanks with their development experience in this space. When challenges arose, they problem-solved and elicited maximum potential with every system improvement. Ultimately, they took this project to heights I never expected it to reach by incorporating the Manager edit functionality into the front-end of the employee profile system, streamlining all sides of employee life-cycle change management. I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to the final version of this system, and the time they spent building a product that I am proud to put my name on.

We partnered with ScienceSoft for a SharePoint intranet project for our financial institution. We needed to convert our classic SharePoint intranet to a modern experience, create a hierarchy of sites to mimic our organizational structure, and extend the intranet’s capabilities with custom workflows, automation, and security controls. ScienceSoft’s team built the intranet’s architecture including a hub site and department sites and created a custom organization chart with search filters for easy employee search. Additionally, the team created a specific approval workflow which helped us streamline content publishing. ScienceSoft’s team also integrated our new intranet with a third-party enterprise ticketing system and helped us to configure this tool to help prioritize and document changes and support requests across the organization. We are thankful to ScienceSoft for a great job on upgrading our intranet. They completed the work with professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness in providing expert advice on all matters that needed to be addressed. The new intranet is easy and convenient to use. We needed to evolve our SharePoint-based intranet portal. And we are happy to say we partnered with a highly competent vendor to realize the project. Originally, we had high-level ideas of improvements we wanted to introduce to the intranet. ScienceSoft’s team fully planned the architecture and functionality of new modules and developed our ideas into production-ready design mockups. A large part of our work with ScienceSoft was the development of a collaborative space to work on new banking products. Collaboration between departments (product owners and the marketing team in our case) can be challenging. But ScienceSoft understood the process well and considered all the details to make it smooth. Now, the teams have a common dashboard showing all banking products with statuses and the required next steps.
