How did you begin your journey with Ramam Tech ?

When I started Ramam Tech my mission was to help businesses access the latest technology to solve industry requirements. My years of expertise in automation AI and app development revealed the requirement for a company that creates sophisticated technology solutions tailored to user needs. We created Ramam Tech to meet client demands for superior and scalable technology services that effectively transform their operations.

In short, how will you describe your responsibilities at Ramam Tech?

I lead the business technology path as the Chief Information Officer and manage the smooth functioning of our operations. My work centers on helping teams achieve results through new developments while empowering employees and keeping our standards of excellence. I partner with clients to learn their business needs and deliver services that bring them closer to their targets.

What do you think is the key role that you have to play as a CIO ?

To direct a team, well a leader must see ahead with the company values always in sight. My CIO role means leading the team to work together better while creating new ideas across the organization. While following emerging technology trends, we focus on delivering performance results for our clients.

Tell us about your most valuable achievement in the industry.

My biggest accomplishment was putting RPA solutions into operation for our global client which resulted in better business operations and money savings. Our team's strong delivery track record of advanced web and mobile application work throughout different sectors demonstrates their exceptional skills and dedication.

As an app development company, where do you think that Ramam Tech needs a close attention during app development phases?

Without proper user security, our work remains incomplete during all development stages. Our process at Ramam Tech starts with examining what our clients want and what their users need. Our team builds applications through carefully designed steps from initial thinking to final launch while testing each feature to prevent performance and safety problems. And I strongly believe that security is the most important part that Ramam Tech should focus on.

Which project development methodology do you think is effective?

Every project has specific demands yet I recommend Agile methodology. Our ability to adjust to changes combined with early client feedback and regular delivery helps us create products that benefit customers. Teams collaborate better and produce products that align with user feedback through market trends under this method's effective app development process.

What will you advice for your peers for an effective management ?

Let your team make decisions and all you need to do is support their knowledge to boost valuable ideas. Establish your targets, but be flexible to changes and challenges that will come your way. Building a good team environment and perfecting your listening skills become essential qualities for success.

How do you balance your relationship with the technical and non-technical teams while leading them?

Transparency in communication and understanding is needed to keep relationships between teams in balance. I help each team understand how their work connects to our company’s objective. Teamwork thrives when employees connect through meetings, and workshops and appreciate personal and group success.

Which do you think is the futuristic technology and why?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) offer the best development path in current technology trends. Artificial Intelligence has proven to transform existing industries while helping companies make better choices and create individualized product experiences. Automatic RPA systems run repeated work operations to increase business performance. These technologies change how companies work and build their operations

What are your plans for Ramam Tech in the year that has set in?

Our goal is to grow our operations in developing markets as we enhance our artificial intelligence and robotic process automation abilities. We will be focusing on delivering industry-leading solutions to our clients. Our organization will set foot into service varieties, promoting our workers and connecting with experts to lead technological growth.

Some of my favorite apps are:

1. Trello: helps teams manage projects while working together effortlessly.

2. Slack: helps us coordinate our work while maintaining team discussions.

3. Google Maps: provides essential directions and lets you discover exciting locations.

4. Spotify: because I get customized access to playlists on any device.
