EMS Connect
A curated learning and engagement iPad based mobile app with robust, secure and flexible admin portal for company’s distributed field workforce. App enables field-based sales staff and employees to stay connected with ongoing company updates, HR activities, connect with fellow team members and have a continuous learning environment. Goal was to build simple yet engaging app for non-tech users. Enable a compelling learning experience with power of analytics.
Solution
A secure robust flexible web based centralized content management system that allowed admin to push out content on an ongoing basis.
Web based admin panel comprised:
Content Module : It allowed rich media content type like audio, video, rich formatted text, hyperlinks, surveys and quizzes.
Lesson Module: It allowed admin to assign learning material with to designated teams and individuals.
Help Desk Module : It allowed admins to keep a track of incoming field requests and work on those for quick turnarounds.
It had many other things to ensure security checks like 2FA, remote data control, verification and validation.
For field workforce, we built an iPad based app that was controlled by enterprise. This app could work in both online/offline mode. It allowed users to navigate through content at their own pace and comfort.
Through this app, users will virtually connected all the time with company’s ongoing updates and news. It enabled them to stay on course with their learning and engagement goals.
Receipts and Rewards Web app
We rolled out an engaging and delightful receipts and rewards web app for Aldi Ireland.
Challenge:
The requirement was to develop an app for receipts and rewards program that is easy, delightful, and engaging enough for non-technical people.
Solution:
We planned to develop a simple and intuitive web platform with scalable cloud capabilities to ensure it’s easy to use, scales with massive marketing campaigns and helps with the right data metrics.
Intuitive and Responsive Design: Building a highly simple yet intuitive design was crucial for the success of this project. One-step login with the ability to upload receipts would minimize the friction and allow users to engage with the platform..
Powerful Admin Control: Admin panel with all the real-time data points on processed receipts, tagging users, picking up random winners, and notifying them.
??Personalized Notifications: Admin’s ability to reach out to users with personalized messaging and updates allows better user retention.
Impact:
Cloud readiness and focussed scrum iterations helped us put a product together in less than 14 weeks which was ready for massive user scale.
Loyalty and Rewards Web and Mobile app
Ireland’s leading plumbing supplies company wanted to roll out a loyalty and rewards program for their customers in 14 weeks.
Ease to use: Build an easy-to-use responsive web and mobile app that allows customers to upload the product purchase receipts in one click and become members of the multi-tier program.
Ongoing Information: Powerful CMS allows admin to share updates on the upcoming competitions and winners to keep the end customers engaged.
Analytics: Admin should be able to review all the data points about the customers, like product purchase receipts, store locations, membership tiers, etc.
Challenge:
Our goal was to increase the customer retention rate, engage them on their upcoming products and incentivize them for their loyalty and product purchases. The brief was to keep it easy, delightful, and engaging enough for non-technical people to use this mobile app.
Solution:
We created a simple and intuitive design with scalable cloud capabilities that would be the key to the successful implementation of this project.
Intuitive Design: Building a highly simple yet intuitive design was crucial for the success of this project. Membership programs, upcoming competitions, loyalty program winners, and more capabilities were presented in a way that didn’t overwhelm the end customers.
Bulk Upload: Point your camera at the receipt and upload. Uploading product purchase receipts was the core. It had to be the most easily accessible area.
?Personalized Notifications: Admin’s ability to reach out to users with personalized messaging and updates allows better user retention.
Impact:
In 14 weeks, the app was launched on the iOS and Android store. Our agile iterations and constant inputs from clients helped us to build out the loyalty and rewards web and mobile app experience that was a success right on launch.

Challenge
We had to build a highly responsive web application that anyone can use in a few easy clicks to leave their view on critical decision-making, engage in live anonymous conversations, and vote for impactful ideas.
Solution
With our experience in live audio and video communications, we identified the following critical aspects of the system.
Scale: Building a scalable microservices architecture using serverless AWS lambda.
CPaaS: Use proven audio SDK and audio chat capabilities from Agora.io to build robust live audio conversations.
Subscriptions: Use of Hasura-based subscriptions for managing the user states and facilitating the time sync.
Impact
We were able to launch the first version in 10 weeks. Our agile iterations and constant feedback from clients helped us to roll out the product with limited challenges.
