Give us a quick overview of RadicalStart InfoLabs. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development? 

RadicalStart started its journey in 2017 with a passion for making productive web solutions and mobile app development for all the entrepreneurs out there. Our area of expertise is online marketplace development for rental services and on-demand taxi app solutions. 

RadicalStart strongly believes in customer relations management and proud to be a part of 300+ successful entrepreneurs journey. Our main motive is to be successful in this field and to continue to do the same in the future too. 

What is your role in the management and development of RadicalStart InfoLabs? 

As the CEO of RadicalStart, my role is to create, plan, implement, integrate the solutions in the right path, and also responsible for providing ultimate top-level managerial decisions that involve the success of my organization.

I keep on providing outright solutions to deliver quality and standard results on time. My overall aim is to make RadicalStart the most successful organization. 

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry 

RadicalStart is an ambitious company established in 2017. Our biggest achievements are that we worked hard and successfully launched our outstanding products RentALL Script, RentALL Cars, Wooberly, RentALL Space.

All our products are developed with the latest technologies and especially Wooberly is built with advanced technology, Flutter, with our excellent and creative team of developers.

But we persistently believe that our greatest achievement is our client’s satisfaction and their success. The impact of RadicalStart is reflected in the aspirations of entrepreneurs. We are proud to have a 300+ successful client journey with us.  

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? 

While estimating the timeline of developing the apps, it mainly depends on the major stages like planning, requirements analysis, designing, building, and testing. It takes around 3-4 months based on its requirements and complexity.

The development team of RadicalStart mainly focuses on customer satisfaction and keeps up the promise to the clients to deliver the quality results on time. 

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? 

First of all, our tech experts will discuss with our clients and will put in a deep research on our client's business plans and requirements. Then, we suggest the most suitable platform based on their business plan.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice? 

If you want your applications to provide better user experience with the awesome look and feel, then I would strongly suggest native applications for a profitable and successful business.

There are plenty of factors to convince you to choose native apps for your applications. The main factors to be considered before choosing the native apps are its performance, scalability, compatibility, security, and reusability.  

Our product Wooberly is also developed with the latest technology Flutter. The selection of app type will be based on the current trends that will help heighten the business. 

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? 

We offer startup-friendly pricing to our customers. But, everything depends upon the requirements.  But, we offer Mobile App submission, Mobile App support after rejection, and server installation service, price free.  

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business? 

We build apps for any kind of sharing economy business. We discuss with our clients to understand their business goals and how they want to interact with their customers. From the requirements, we design functionalities, and experiment UX/UI design suiting to the business idea. Other than this, we build to give a future-proof, bug-free, aesthetically pleasing app.  

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction? 

More than delivering the project on time at the finest quality, it is about exceeding their expectation than what is asked. Also, we help them out by answering all their technical questions during the phases of development.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We know the world is constantly changing with the change in the needs of people. To keep up with current times and also having an eye on the future, it is only reasonable to update and re-invent our business to not get obsolete.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?

It is a booming tech and we can find a handful of apps executing these concepts into a practically workable solution and making it successful in the market. In the coming years, it can be an integral part of marketplace development.

What do you think will be the future of mobile technology?

Mobile has become an integral part of our lives. Almost most businesses want to have an app to reach their audience. So, in the coming years, there would be much emphasis on cross-platform mobile app development. It presents so many benefits to entrepreneurs, be it less investment and a fast development process.

Then it would AI-based apps to understand the customer's needs and preference for any industry application such as Entertainment, Healthcare and Fitness, and Social networking apps.
