Give us a quick overview on Qubebiz. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Qubebiz is an IT development company founded in Rajkot, Gujarat, we provide services in mobile. We provide, web, software, digital marketing, and graphic designing services across industries. We have begun this journey in 2018.
It all started as a startup and we were taking projects from freelancing sites. Now we have grown up as a technology service provider who can satisfy clients across the world impeccably.

What is your role in the management and development of Qubebiz?

At Qubebiz I am the chief business development executive and lead generator, I will understand what exactly the clients want and I discuss the things with the developers, so they can develop exactly what the client wants.


How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We scheduled the development phases in milestone to promise our clients the project timeline


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

We help our clients in choosing the Right yet Profitable Platform based on their requirements and budget.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

We believe that both the platforms are successful on their own way because in native we can customize things as we want but in hybrid there are some limitations for customization.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We scheme our pricing model on the basis of the time any particular project will take for development and the resources we involve for the development of the project.


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

We develop the best interface i that the users find our interfaces easy to navigate and effective in completing their intentions hassle-free. This on the other hand increases the user base of our clients’ apps.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

The best practice to attain client satisfaction is to update your clients frequently and provide them about the project development and also deliver the product on time


How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We are working in IT industry which is an ocean of knowledge. We update our team and work system very often. We discuss with our team about what is new in the market that can be useful for our work environment and projects and update them accordingly.


What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

We are not working on any AR, VR and IOT projects yet, however we are excited to work with it, because it is a future and these technologies are definitely going to bring changes to our lifestyles as well.
