Give us a quick overview of Prompt Softech. When and how did you begin this journey, and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Established in the year 2011, Prompt Softech is an IT company working with a motive to elevate businesses through innovative and smart technologies. The app development company gives priority to the current need of businesses and delivers the most fitting mobile app solution.

With the concept to bring change in the traditional mobile world, Prompt has developed many mobile apps and solution to assist and upheave small, medium and large-sized industries. From developing a simple farm app to the smart lock app, Prompt has experienced existing versatility in industries, technology disruption and has learned to churn the most optimal and competent solutions.

Today Prompt Softech is introducing the latest technologies in the mobile app development process and coming up with the plethora of solutions satisfying the basic to the most crucial needs of businesses.

What is your role in the management and development of Prompt Softech?

I am a passionate tech lover, and as a director in Prompt Softech, I endeavor to provide the technical guidance and operational leadership. I serve employees and our clients equally because both contribute to our growth and success. I try to develop an environment where every individual can learn, grow and thrive while adhering to our core values. I work closely with my team to identify the problems and needed solutions to deliver the optimal results.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry:

In a culture where profits, valuations and satisfactory results are the ultimate goals, we have developed a value-based culture which understands the need of clients as well as employees. We have never compromised with the quality of services and have successfully completed 300+ projects till date for an extensive clientele. We understand customers' actual needs and focuses on delivering the optimal outcome that can create a difference in people's lives. For me, it's our most outstanding achievement and hopes to scale over the coming years. We have a silver partnership with Microsoft and have won many GESIA IT Association (Gujarat Electronics Industries Association) awards for contribution in different technologies.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Project development schedule depends on four factors, i.e. the scope and complexity, the development approach, the timeline/business criticality and the coveted outcomes.

We analyze the requirements of the client on the basis of complexities, dependencies, business criticalities, and risk involved to evaluate the scope of the project and define the milestones. We share the details with the expert team and begin the journey from idea to innovation.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

I believe the right way to choose a suitable platform involves strategical thinking but planned act while aligning to the changes occurring in technology, business models, and customer's need. Our holistic approach considers the different aspects of an app in a large ecosystem and customer experience.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

The answer to this question depends on clients' requirement, the complexity of features, timelines and budget.

We consider user experience as the utmost goal; I would suggest native apps over hybrid apps. Native apps are considerably costly than the hybrid, but it offers a great user experience, enhanced performance, better customization and fast bug fixing. The native app assures loyal end-users and more conversions.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We decide the pricing model on the clarity of our client's requirements that is if the concept and need are clear, then we follow the fixed price model in which the client is charged for every milestone. But, if we are taking care of A to Z which involves maintenance, product modernization etc., and then the charges depend on time consumption and material used.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients" business?

It has been more than successful eight years in the app development industry, and these years we have developed 'n' number of the mobile app. We have seen transformations, additions and subtractions, ups and downs in the app development services, and involved technologies. We adopt and utilize the most trending technology in the app development process. Our happy customers across industries and transformative effects on their businesses are results of our hard work and dedication.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

My experience speaks that being highly responsive to the clients' need through innovative solutions is the ladder to attain client satisfaction. Clear communication, possibility evaluation and risk analysis are other factors involved in the development of successful solutions.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

A technology-oriented company can only remain in the competition only if its workforce has a flexible mindset and openness to welcome and adapt the latest technologies. At Prompt Softech, we organize workshops, training, knowledge sharing and brainstorming sessions periodically to ensure the free flow of ideas and thought which resolving doubts within a team.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and Internet of Things (IoT)?

AR, VR, and IOT have become a part of tech-world. They are adopted in almost all the industries, either real state or manufacturing or education etc. Prompt Softech works with the industries which demand the use of the latest technologies for simplifying the existing complex process. These technologies add significant value to the procedures. The first and foremost ambition behind the development of technology is to provide the best user experience, simplifying the complexities and meet the business goals.

What do you think will be the future of mobile technology?

The evolution of mobile technology has been impressive. I have experience of the old mobile technology, and today I am enjoying the latest one. Mobile technology is just like an endless sea; every dive in it results in a great exploration. Mobile technology has infinite scope.
