Give us a quick overview on Prismetric. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development? 

Like a prism, our services reflect our client requirements on all the sides while we tweak the technology and help our clients to meet their target as aimed. We have an energetic team that works tirelessly for improving the client satisfaction factors and bettering our business in the process. We have happy clients from around the world. 

Our journey began in 2008. It all started well and today we have carved out a niche in mobile app development and other related IT services. We are happy that our works are widely appreciated for being user friendly and highly interactive. Our support has mattered and has been quintessential in the development of many developed and developing business firms, institutions and enterprises worldwide. 

What is your role in the management and development of Prismetric?

I chiefly focus on sales and marketing while leading our organization in a profitable way. I closely follow the app market trends to strategize the flow of our ROI towards better profits. Taking our brand to the service seekers and work accordingly to gain their trust is an important factor that I work on. Our growth is what I always aim at and I have been successfully heading towards the horizons. I keep an eye on the competition in the market and how our peers work forward. I like to read the achievements and the innovative methods that are influencing businesses in the country and worldwide with absolute enthusiasm and implement the affordable aspects tactfully.  

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

We always consider our loyal yet sustaining client base as our biggest achievement. Initially when we began, we worked hard, established ourselves in the market, build trust among the customers and succeeded in all our endeavors. This has now grown into an achievement that 85% of our clients are willing to work with us again. Our way of dealing with complex business structuring through technology has been appreciated by our clients.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We listen to our client requirements clearly and understand their needs thoroughly. Once the requirements are noted we will proceed by researching on how their ideas can been designed, developed and launched ingeniously to meet their business goals. We follow Agile Project Management methodology to develop and deliver the planned result on time through our team of experts who handle every project meticulously. The responsibilities will be divided and shared between the teams, the time frames to complete the scheduled tasks will be set and the goals will be completed by our team as planned. We set our time box goals (sprints) as per the scope of the project, empower ourselves and achieve them one after another and stay alert to make changes and face any unexpected pullbacks. At the end of every Sprint, there will be a brief meet up with our client to notify them about the project progression. Here, we get to know the clients view about the project in detail and make the necessary changes done in time. This helps us in delivering the projects on time to our clients.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

When our clients approach us, we identify their requirements, views and their expectations from their business’s perspective and get an idea about their choice of platform in accordance with their preferences and audience in mind. This is the case when the clients’ requirements are clear, otherwise we do provide our ideas as per our experience after analyzing the necessities based on various factors. Once the analysis is done, we help them understand the solution, the need of the chosen platform and the aspects for development in detail along with explaining the competitive factors, industry needs, targets’ expectations, the trends and let them compare their views in attaining the project scope. Once our clients can comprehend the core objective of our discourse, we will ask them to make their choice. We never compel or stress on our clients to make decisions as we expect, but will always guide them in choosing a platform that will be profitable for them in the long run. We also have a research team that operates for the purpose.

We are happy that none of our clients had second thoughts about the choices they have made so far. This again is one of our achievements in helping the clients understand the development of the project in the larger frame and approach their business constructively.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you make this choice?

Each project is different and so are the project requirements. While discussing the project requirements, project scope and the clients’ investment, we suggest the best profitable platform. If the client’s requirements are better matched for a hybrid app we can efficiently develop hybrid apps as well. However, for most businesses our suggestion would be developing a native app because of its performance and accessibility of the core functions. Native apps can perform better on all the situations. The app will work aptly on various screen resolutions, with better efficiency, high usability, high functionality, good touch and feel, expressive UI etc. are a few advantages of native apps. Though the requirements are different, these advantages apply for all the apps developed for native platforms. The experience of the app user is also an influential factor that we suggest our clients to opt for Native Apps.  

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Our pricing is completely based on the man hours we put in, the resources we utilize, the complexity of the project, and the project development methodology chosen as per the project scope. When the project requirements and the resources required are discussed, the whole structure will be clearly analyzed by our team of analysts then the pricing model and the amount estimated will be handed over to the client. Everything when it comes to our pricing depends completely on time and material based complexity. If the client is very clear about the project scope, project model and demands a fixed time for delivery, the pricing will usually be fixed. The project management model will also be chosen as per the client’s intelligibility about the project and the time frame they demand.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by Prismetric for your clients in enhancing their business? 

We always work from our client’s perspective while we develop an app. Our motto is not only presenting an inspiring mobile app but also, gifting them a wonderful business through it, where they make profit for lifetime. We pay more attention to the functionalities, designs in detail and the entire look of the app so as to attract the app user’s attention and interest. We work hard to eradicate all the factors that will increase the chance of app churn rate. Our focus will majorly be on rendering profitable and advantageous solutions for our clients. We have developed e-Commerce apps, travel apps, mobile games, finance apps, enterprise apps, messaging apps, social apps, health and fitness apps, dating apps, music apps, education apps etc. are some of the primary app genres we have worked on.

When it comes to client satisfaction through our extended experience, we know how to handle any unexpected technical needs arise and manage things well to offer them the great result we are committed to offer our clients. We are always available for them whenever they want to get clarifications about the project or any suggestion. We always have an array of innovative ideas that catch the attention of our clients when they are applied on the project along with their valuable suggestion being taken into consideration. We always make sure that we have understood our client’s perception before giving our suggestion for improving the product. We carefully handle the process and preparation of proper documentation and put forward transparent communication. We just strive to keep it simple and provide a product that our clients envisioned to witness in reality. These are the major ideologies that we follow to attain a complete client satisfaction based on our experience.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We have a team of researchers who constantly work on finding innovative ideas and technological resources that aid us in rendering improved technical support and assistance. The researched ideas are further analyzed and implemented to develop our system and our strategies of handling projects. The team will also keenly analyze the new arrivals in app technology, advancing methodologies, futuristic solutions, crisis management ideas and the innovations that are trending. We adapt to the significant and productive innovations quickly and have been improving with the trend and technology to extend the best service to our clients. We plan and strategize our development to blend in with new trends that will really work towards our success.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

IoT has improved our lifestyles more than what was expected during its instigation into the technical world. We expect all our gadgets to communicate with us after the arrival of this magical technology. Though the technology has not been applied widely, its true potential is yet to be revealed wholly, it’s a revolutionizing technology which is about to change the entire system of our lifestyles in near future.

Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality are the two completely different recently popular stimulant technologies that are inspiring us. AR and VR make our surroundings more interesting and engaging. The technologies are transforming our real world and have been adding great experiences. AR and VR technologies as of now are widely used for gaming apps and can innovatively be used in enhancing business apps. It won’t be long before these technologies will become inevitable part of our daily life.  

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

The world populace has become technology addicted. The vast mobile media has taken an unavoidable place in our routines. In future, our involvement with mobile technology will increase and its growth will be vivacious. We cannot imagine a world without smart phones and related devices. Smart phones are now a part of our lives and mobile apps adding to the usability factor. The scientific inventions, app trends and need will contribute to the already acing mobile technology. Hence, the future of mobile technology will be remarkable and exciting.
