Give us a quick overview on Peiko. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in Blockchain development?

After years of working in the industry, I and my partner felt ready to establish the company and turn my vision into reality. In business, continuous improvement and growth are crucial, and not just a few individual achievements. For us, the success of our clients is one of our greatest accomplishments. When our clients achieve success and gain more users, it's a win-win situation for everyone involved, as it means more work for my company.

For instance, one of our proudest accomplishments was building a Crypto exchange that reached a peak capitalization of $250,000,000. It's an achievement we're proud of because it demonstrates our ability to build a robust product that can handle a vast number of users.

How do you schedule the development phases of the project to promise the timeline to your clients?

Typically our team employs Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or Kanban to manage projects. Naturally, clients expect their products to be delivered on time, and more importantly, within the designated time frame. Therefore, we kick off with a brief discovery phase to identify all essential features and plan the project's key features and architecture beforehand.

Once we have a solid plan in place, we create prototypes and present them to the client for approval before commencing development. To keep the project on track, we divide the scope of work into two-week sprints and progress accordingly. Every two weeks, we present the results to the client to ensure that we are moving in the right direction.

At our company, we prioritize identifying the goals we need to achieve before anything else. This enables us to conduct a thorough business analysis and evaluate various solutions that can be employed to accomplish those goals. For instance, if a client expresses an interest in using Solana, ERC-20, or BSC, we always inquire about their reasons for choosing that option, such as low gas fees or popularity. We then assess whether it can truly help us achieve our goals and suggest alternative solutions if necessary.

The next step we take is proposing the development of an MVP (Minimum Valuable Product). This product must work seamlessly and be capable of generating revenue, as opposed to a prototype that does not necessarily serve the purpose of the client. After identifying what works and what doesn't, we can iteratively introduce new features. This approach helps to conserve resources and avoid building unnecessary features that clients do not require.

Security is another critical aspect, especially in blockchain projects. It can be challenging for clients to check the security of their project, and identifying vulnerabilities towards the end of the development process can be expensive. To address this issue, we prioritize security planning and architecture at the start of the project.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

At our company, we adopt a time and material model to enhance our team's productivity. We believe that transparency is key, which is why we always prepare a budget for our clients before starting any project. This budget is then updated after the discovery phase to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We understand the value of our clients' resources and strive to stick to the budget we have provided. On average, there may be a volatility of around 10-20% on both sides, but we aim to stay within the budget we have set. In fact, sometimes the project may even end up costing less than initially estimated.

To facilitate payment, we split the total cost into two-week payment cycles that align with our sprints. This payment method has been well-received by our clients as they find it to be a fair model that promotes successful project completion.

The usage statistics show a nearly equal split, with around 50 percent of users preferring each option. Additionally, we thoroughly assess all available options and explore ways to enhance them, which we subsequently discuss with our clients.

We also make it a point to set clear expectations from our end. Honesty and transparency are essential, and we believe in finding solutions even in challenging situations. That is why maintaining a high level of transparency and a strong desire to assist our clients in achieving success is the key to their satisfaction.

Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our Peiko team members is also a top priority for me. The Internet of Things encompasses connected electronic devices designed to simplify consumers' lives across a broad technological landscape. Examples include smart home devices that communicate with each other, cloud storage accessible to multiple devices, and digital voice assistants that make homes smarter.

Virtual reality is a digital realm featuring simulated visual, auditory, and tactile content that diverges entirely from the physical world. Full immersion in VR applications typically requires the use of VR headsets and haptic gloves.

Augmented reality, in contrast, blends digital tools, graphics, and other applications with the real-world environment to create an augmented experience. Real estate walk throughs and AR-based games like Pokemon GO are examples of AR, which can be accessed through various forms, including phone applications.

To summarize, it is evident that devices will continue to evolve and become more intelligent with the advancement of machine learning and artificial intelligence. We are already witnessing cities transforming into smart cities, indicating a future where our surroundings will be optimized for greater efficiency and convenience. What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile technology is already a leading technology. In recent years, we have seen mobile traffic become higher than desktop traffic. Accordingly, mobile apps are much more popular than desktops today. So, I expect mobile technology to continue developing and reaching more and more users.

Currently, we see that new generations or some countries are mobile only. With 5G technology and faster and even more convenient smartphones, mobile technology will continue to grow. Therefore, new and diverse types of products will appear every year. Later, we may expect new and diverse types of mobile products to emerge, leading to more gamification, augmented reality, and growth in the gaming industry.

However, as technology continues to advance, cyber crime rates are also on the rise, with criminals increasingly using online tools to carry out their activities. To overcome this challenge, mobile technology must prioritize improving cybersecurity measures to ensure the safety and security of its users.
