Website and personal account for Real Estate

FSK Group Co. — one of the largest construction companies in Russia. The Chulakov Studio redesigned the website and personal account and integrated a new identity in digital.

Each section of the apartment complex is a mini-site with multiple pages. Besides house description, purchase conditions, and apartment benefits, now users have the ability to purchase apartments, parking lots, and storage rooms.

We have completely redesigned the company section and structured information dividing it into several pages. Now company story is being told by an animated promo-page with developer achievements.

Societe Generale Group

The Studio's task was to develop a corporate website consisting of a client application on React.js, a unique admin panel on the Yii Framework, and to integrate the developed services with the internal systems of the bank.

The site is based on the Single-page Application approach with a RESTful backend.

We have put together a unique content management system that allows creating new pages from various functional blocks. Also added:
- multilingual control component, which also lets you manage content in different languages
- module for automatic city detection by user geolocation
- menu control module.

Papa John's Website

We analyzed the current website, metrics data, and identified several problems. More than half of the users leave as there is simply not enough information on cashback and promotional offers. The main needs are:
- convenient and quick ordering,
- simple interaction with the service at all stages of registration,
- the ability to accumulate bonus points or receive a cashback.

We have thought out many scenarios for user interaction with the interface. On the Main Screen, buyers can immediately find the most popular offers. A fixed cart allows you to proceed to checkout from anywhere on the page, and also constantly shows the buyer how many items they have chosen at the moment.

We have also created an opportunity to assemble pizza from different halves or split the invoice amount among multiple users.

Website and digital branding of the Sberbank ecosystem

The Chulakov Studio designed a convenient portal, combining all ecosystem services, and showed that Sber today not just a financial organization, but a steady companion in various aspects of everyday life.

We combined all information about Sber brands on the site. Each service is unique in its own way, but still is a part of the ecosystem. Therefore, we unified all using components for the main sections of the website.

The Studio also prepared various banners following new style and positioning.

Sovcombank Website

The analytics of the project was divided into stages:
- interview with a client;
- study of the current site and metrics;
- selection of respondents for in-depth interviews;
- dialogues analysis;
- character creation;
- modeling of consumer scenarios;
- building information architecture.

We adapted all mock-ups for mobile devices, designed convenient help sections, a map of offices, as well as search, error pages, all kinds of forms, and interface states.

SberIndex | Sberbank

For the Sberbank product ecosystem, we developed the SberIndex statistical service with forecasts and statistics on the epidemiological situation associated with COVID-19 and its impact on consumer activity.

In addition to interactive graphic data, it contains brief informational sections with the ability to filter content and with regional reference. We also had the following tasks:

- in addition to cardinal interface changes, resolve the issue with validation, import, and preview of data in the form of graphs in the draft mode;
- to make the provided statistical information ranked by types and categories, and the displayed content should become regionally dependent;
- implement quick information blocks, presented in the form of an interactive research line with the descriptions of each of them, so the service will become more informative and useful.

Baku City Circuit | F-1

Creative concept — full immersion. From the first seconds, the user sees a car rushing against the main sights of Baku. Animation creates a dynamic and three-dimensional image.

One of the business objectives of the event and website is to attract tourists to Azerbaijan. We used satellite imagery and a gradient elevation map to create a dizzying 3D map of Azerbaijan and Baku. Users can see how interesting a trip across the country can be.

BCS bank

In 4 months we have developed and launched the project in test mode. The service has combined 6 external and internal banking financial systems and services. More than 500 unique components have been created for the interface.

Employees can create draft payment orders and track payment history, order certificates of reputation, turnover or account statements, receive notifications about the production status, and much more. Received documents can be saved in pdf, Docx formats, sent by e-mail, printed, or import to the financial system.

Playkot

The site is always full of life: build a city, conquer an island, win the battle for peace.

Interactive elements allow you to look at the characters from all sides, watch the rendering of key scenes, and even blow up something. The animation of the interface helps to build a chronology of events.

As a result, the website gained:

- 264% daily traffic
- 268% pages views
- 130% session length

Harbour.Space

Harbour.Space — is a unique world-class educational institution in the field of technology and design.

The main idea of ??the corporate identity lies in the point located inside the logo. The interactive design developed by the Studio helps to reveal the concept of the brand fully.

All pages of the site were prepared for tablets and phones with full functionality.

Papa John's Mobile app

We have become a user — for simplicity at all stages of ordering we have thought over many scenarios of interaction with the interface. The main page shows the most popular offers and a field for entering a promotional code.

Personalization always improves the user experience: the visitor can assemble a pizza from any ingredients and give it a name.

For those who cannot decide what pizza they want to order, there is an opportunity to assemble it from different halves, for example, meat and vegetarian.

Personal space is also comfortable. All functionality is located on one page: the user can view their status, the status of the bonus account, and available gifts without leaving the page.

Wifire Website

All information on the main page is shown in simple cards — this way users will navigate through the site easily.

To move through the sections of the website there is navigation located at the top. Each section has its own unique color that does not repeat in other blocks.

In a side section, we've placed a cross-cutting cart that is always in the sight of the potential customer. Besides chosen products, this section shows recommended Wifire plans. This allows leaving requests to connect services at any time through the user's journey.

The site is fully adaptive despite the user's device.

Tele2. Your city

We combined all information on one map and added simple navigation. Just one click and story about this place is available to the user. Another one — and the user can leave a review about the selected location.

But a website not only allows users to find interesting places but also win a prize for the most interesting story about one.

All functionality was shifted for mobile mechanics. Users will appreciate speed and comfort despite their device.

Mobile version of the store website

We carried out UX-analytics and created the main user profile. Store target audience is entrepreneurs, businessmen, office managers, and young people.

The client-side is SinglePage-Application developed on React. The Studio’s specialists created various universal components that allow to combine and implement new interfaces quickly. Users move through pages without page refreshing. Data exchange with inner super-store systems is carried out by REST API. For all microinteractions, the mobile version of the site uses developed at the Studio library React Interactions.

Spires City Residence

We carried out the analytical part of the project and found out what people take into account when selecting premium-apartments — apartment complex prestige, elite location, area history role, and complex exterior look.

A unique mechanic was implemented to choose an apartment. Now graphical interface as a building layout and a list of apartments are available at the same time.

We also thought out interaction mechanics so it will be pleasing to choose your dream apartments even from mobile devices.

House by other rules Tele2

The Studio created interface design, front- and back-end development, designed a 3D-model of house and rooms. In 3 weeks we've agreed with the client on the final version.

Despite the large pool of works, we delivered the project on time and launched it. Results were fascinating: in the first month, the website was visited by over 800,000 subscribers of various operators from Moscow and the region.

Yota router

Anton & Irene

Development of a website for two friends, designers, and perfectionists Anton Repponen and Irene Pereira.

AIM: Anton and Irene have made UX and design. We have developed front- and backend work, with a focus on interface animation.

Readymag: Anton and Irene have chosen a Readymag service that we implemented for the ability to add projects to the website quickly and easily. We asked the guys from Readymag to use an additional code for our website containing the additional elements of the interface.

MegaFon HR-portal

More than 25,000 employees work at MegaFon, one of the largest mobile phone operators. But how can you understand that working there is worth a try? Our task was to create an interactive portal to draw in potential workers, to share insights into everyday life and the benefits of joining the party.

Get lost. Get natural

Our task was to develop an online-quest that shows the attraction of Swiss tourism. The interactive tour in the name of a chosen character lasts 6 weeks. The players complete tasks and visit breathtaking places

Each page contains several animated elements, creating the impression of real adventure: forest landscape outside the train window, cloud-drift against the Alps, a ropeway, and many other impressive animations. All animation is created with a great love for small things.

The Studio's specialists have developed and implemented 60 unique task-pages and 12 interactive promo-pages available to the player as they complete the quest.

As the result, the website gained:

- 30000 quest participants
- 764413 people have visited the website
- 10000000 people got to know about the project

Essence London

All page elements are animated and appear smoothly as you scroll. Users not only receive information about the company's services but also immerse themselves in the special atmosphere of Essence London.

A blog is the spirit of the company. It equals a glossy magazine in functionality, design, and content. The publishing service allows you to include illustrations, quotes, photo galleries in the text, creating a unique page layout.

Sila Sveta

Sila Sveta is a studio that makes grand light installments and multimedia projects around the world.

Background gradient imitates the changing lights of a projector and immerses people into the atmosphere, which Sila Sveta creates in its projects. Interface design brings out the technological side of the project.

The gradient is a valuable website element. This isn’t a static image: background color is determined by the site administrator, and gradient saturation changes when users scroll the page or switch between sections of the website. Each time the background adjusts to the content, which means the text is always readable.

The website is compatible with any device, its functionality, and convenient navigation available regardless of the size of the screen.

Karim Rashid
