The client organisation is a public infrastructure construction and maintenance organisation who ensures that public roads are maintained according to set standard. To do so, the client has a proprietary CMS system which maintains a database of all Assets, its state and records incidents against it via the Helpdesk module. The Helpdesk is managed by staff who are responsible of analysing incoming calls and dispatching the correct engineer to the locations and handling the Ticket on the system. The dispatching and collection of job sheet to and from the Engineers is
an intensive manual process. This task involves identifying the closest available Engineer, based on a priority vs distance matrix and allocating it to them. The Engineers self-manage their timetables and can reject and accept jobs handed to them. The Engineer on completion of a job completes a job sheet and hands it back to the Helpdesk who then updates the Ticket and closes or relocates it accordingly.
BHRT
Implement BHRT algorithm in cloud which will help the patients and doctors. User base which they were looking at were above 40 years age. System should sync across various platforms giving a hassless user experience.
Proposed a cloud based solution which used aws services for implementing the various features.
Used elastic cloud computing for hosting the application and used the Relational Database System for the database.
Simple Storage Service was used for uploading the files.
System used laravel framework in php for scalability and performance.
Created a lot of screen combos and did A/B Testing with their prospective users before finalizing on the final screen designs and flow.
Ad Planner Tool
Web based tool for the Sales representatives and Sales Managers of Wiley team to coordinate & manage ad bookings for journals. Sales representatives need to use via an ipad and desktop.
Sales rep need to get all details regarding a journal and ad bookings with minimal interaction with the system. Real time ad bookings to avoid duplicate entries between 2 sales reps.
