Give us a quick overview on MageComp. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in web design and development?

MageComp is the foremost Magento E-commerce Development service provider. Offering the range of 150+ Magento and Magento 2 Extensions. Our all clients have enhanced their Magento 2 store with our Top class Magento Services like Migration, Upgrade, Custom Development, and Graphic Designing.
4 best friends have an ambition of commencing their own firm back and the ambition became reality 6 years ago. 29th June 2014 was the foundation day of MageComp and right in front of the eyes, it completed 6 years of success in the E-commerce field.
We desired to help online startups and enterprises with innovative E-commerce solutions that will take them towards new opportunities of success.

What is your role in the management and development of MageComp?

I am the Co-Founder of MageComp. My job is to bring my developers, designers and marketers together and develop innovative E-commerce solutions. My focus is always on customer queries and keeping the mindset of problem-solving I help the clients to get on-time service. Having vast experience in the E-commerce field helps me in determining the processes and projects.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

MageComp's biggest achievement refers to our 30k+ Satisfied Customers including 750+ Projects development, 120+ Served Countries and 150+ Extensions.

How do you schedule the development phases of the web design and development projects to promise the timeline to your clients?

At MageComp we deliver 100% of our projects on time. Our client also enjoys working with us because of our precise efficiency in meeting deadlines. We have the best practice to sit collectively with our client and discuss the technical requirements and other elements. Basically, everything related to the schedule is pre-defined individually and it mainly depends on that situation. We internally analyze multiple times and meet our deadlines. And that is what we call TEAMWORK. This is our greatest strength.

Which framework, programming or scripting languages do you prefer for Ecommerce development? How do you convince your clients for the same?

After going through a precise analysis we help our clients in recommending the best service with planned strategies.

What would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, when it comes to Ecommerce development? How do you define the factors influenced you to make this choice?
 Most probably it depends on the client’s requirements.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Our pricing always depends on the client’s requirements. We have a fixed price and custom prices also. For extensions, there are fixed prices and for custom development of extensions, we have custom prices. Respectively for services we have custom prices as per the requirement of the client.

There are many ways to know the client is satisfied or not. Before applying our plans we listen to clients' requirements and their goals. Most probably by delivering the project on time and ideal development are the key factors for client satisfaction.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We do research everyday and week almost for every new update in the technology world. We analyze and make strategy if we can transform that technology to be helpful for our customers.
We keep updating our products for best outcomes.

What are your thoughts about progressive web apps and Internet of Things for the Ecommerce industry?

PWA (progressive web apps) recently came into the technology world. Since the user response is very good for PWA, the merchants have started making their Ecommerce Store to be compatible with PWA. There are certain unbelievable feature PWA has, which gives more interest for merchants to enhance the customer experience of their store for example, offline store, speed and compatibility with mobile device.

What do you think will be the future of web design and Ecommerce development?

Future is always bright for web design and Ecommerce at the moment. A lot of brick and mortar stores are coming online and people have started preferring online purchase. Analysis shows online industries are growing every year. So hopefully we can expect the same momentum.
