Give us a quick overview on Mads Technologies. When and how did you begin this journey? What were your motives to be successful in app development? We follow what our name suggests- Mads Technologies which simply means mad over technology. At Mads, we focus on complete end-to-end delivery for our projects.
It was a tough journey, especially to take that 1st step. I still remember the day MADS came into existence. I was very much enthusiastic and being from a technical background, I was aware of the capabilities of our team. Therefore, I was keen on taking this forward and make sure that we did well.
What is your role in the management and development of Mads Technologies? My aim is to work along with my team in a techno-commercial way. I always make sure that my team members feel free to seek guidance from me, if they are facing any difficulty in the work process. I strongly believe in the “together we can” motto!
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry.Well, I believe our customers have faith in us for the appropriate solutions and on time delivery. We also carry 80% client retention rate. We are doing well in the industry since our inception, this I treat as our achievement.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? The very first task is to apprehend the requirements in a correct manner. We schedule a team discussion to calculate a justifiable development time. To meet timelines, we divide tasks and perform parallel actions with a common team goal. Every team member performs his job responsibly for a scheduled time frame. The process also involves client’s feedback which enables us to finish tasks effectively and efficiently. Therefore, we work on Agile Method.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? We strive to work with clients closely and a thorough discussion takes place to make requirement analysis. We also share the latest technology trends and modules to be used in the development. This also includes the costing solutions to choose from. We are glad to inform that our clients always appreciate our extra efforts that guide them towards a profitable direction.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?Every app is different. So, it depends on the requirements and budget to choose one from these options. We highly recommend native app development to access full features which also makes the app more scalable. Native apps are much faster and reduce time lag. At times, decisions are to be made keeping the client’s interest in mind.
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? This is a competitive market and pricing always depends upon several factors. We always ensure that we offer quality service at reasonable price.
How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business? Our work has always been appreciated by our clients. Some of our applications are doing exceptionally well like BalleBaazi: a skill based fantasy sports game, Zoto mobile e-wallet made for mobile recharge and bill payment in Nigeria. Apart from these, there is GD Entry- the security solution for secure access using voip and IOT sensors.
We always work in a way that the product built by us boosts our client’s business.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?Quality product and timely delivery are the key points- we assure both! We always keep our clients in the loop for updates. Sharing key points and milestone updates with clients induces confidence in the dynamic.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? One must be aware about the new advancements in this area. Having a technical background, I always try to learn new technology and encourage my team for the same. For me, career growth of an employee is equally important.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?The coming age will entirely depend on AR, VR, Robotics and IOT and we are happy to share that a couple of our solutions are heading towards the same direction. We are already engaged with IoT in our current solution and are exploring more in Speech and Augmented Reality based projects. This also motivates our team to grow personally by learning new skills and technologies.
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?Mobile has become a very powerful technological tool nowadays and it goes without saying that Mobile technology will keep on surprising us in the future.
