Give us a quick overview on Logistic InfoTech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Logistic Infotech was founded in the year 2010 by me and my friend Alpesh Harsoda. In 2010 smart phones were considered as a privilege in India and as just like Television it was going to be huge very soon. During those times getting the expected result was quite tough even though the work was quite exceptional; so the company had to go through some strict policies and then the things followed back. Being passionate about developing and learning about technology was the core values of our foundation and later we hired teams with passion just like us.

Giving the best quality to our clients has been our priority from start and that is the reason we have now developed more than 800 mobile applications and the website no matter what service client requires then may it be Node JS, Laravel, Angular, Vue, React, React native, Ionic, Swift, Wordpress, or Shopify you name it and we will deliver the best there is.

What is your role in the management and development of Logistic InfoTech? 

As a CEO it looks like an easy task but managing clients and people working with was something which comes in hand with the position even though it is tough but, everyone was excellent with the work they had so, it was quite easy for me.

Apart from being the CEO, I have also been the Director, Project manager, and Senior Full-time Stack developer at Logistic InfoTech.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

The biggest achievement is not when the most highly valued companies comes to you and get the best but, when a start-up or SMEs comes and joins you for their development. Being with someone who are in developing stage and making them big is something that can be called as achievement and the client base of such passionate people and help them grow. Just to point out one of our achievements;

Logistic InfoTech is in business with many clients from the past 7 years which is more than half of the time we have been in this industry. So, what can be a bigger achievement than this!

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

Logistic Infotech believes in a two way mean of communication. Apart from developing an app, there are a lot of things that need to be cleared. We have got an excellent team of developers who are excellent at what they do. With them, business analysts work hard on the actual statistics that will help the application or website grow. In short, it is a joint venture of two different sectors of our Company. This way we leave no stone un-turned.

Though every project is different and it depends on its constraints. With time, money and scope triangular model of work; the process differs. If time as the top priority of client then the focus shifts to value maximization of the brand and an agile approach can be a good way for that. And, depending on the priority of the client the work model and strategies change.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development? 

Every client is not the same. They have a different project in mind and depending on that the needs change. Few of them might look similar but actually it is never similar. Usually, if the client knows on which platform he/she needs it on then it becomes our priority but if it's not profitable then we suggest them to change it.

There is a team of analytics that work behind it. Analyzing the data is just a part of it and there are other things that needs to be considered like, checking the market condition and will be helpful in the long run.

On the other hand, if the clients ask us to choose the best platform then we find the best one suitable for them keeping their needs and target audience in mind. There are many details in choosing the platform which are studied thoroughly by the business experts in data analysis and then the best profitable platform for the client is chosen.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice? 

Hybrid apps are what preferred though they are quite complicated it is a combination of both native and web applications. Though for different businesses different apps are required; in this also there is a lot of research before the actual development process starts.

Native Apps gives a user experience which is elaborated and is of higher quality but that does not always work for every client. That’s why a research team always performs thorough research on what is preferred for the client. I enjoy working on Hybrid but that does not always work for every client.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

Logistic Infotech offers 3 types of pricing models:

Hourly is the first one where there are no bounds in delivery and that could be excellent if the client wants to develop MVPs or prototypes.

Then comes the second one, the fixed price model where details and the delivery has to be given by the deadline. This increases the priority for the work towards the project. As the scope of requirement is fixed the budget also gets fixed.

The last one is the dedicated resource model where a resource is dedicated to client’s project only and it’s more on agile approach where client don’t have fixed scope of work And the monthly pricing in this varies as per resource experience level.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

Nowadays everything happens just by a tap on the mobile screen. And, with applications that app has skipped many taps and made the life of people easier. Mobile apps developed by our team are helpful in almost every aspect. Our apps not only help the businesses in boosting their business presence but also have helped them in expanding their businesses to various other places.

With many businesses coming online the recently developed platforms are like Grocery delivery application or a taxi application or apps to book saloon appointments. These are the applications that everyone needs and most of these the users come across these kind of apps every day. This helps in making their life easier.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction? 

This can differ from client to client and the needs they have. To give the best client satisfaction good communication is the key. Until we don’t understand what they need, we can’t deliver the one they like so, being honest, empathetic, and be ready for the new challenges in the development with valuable feedback are the best ways to attain client satisfaction. Learning from the mistakes and avoiding them will help big time in this industry.

Also, client satisfaction is something that depends on the quality of product and the service. From Logistic Infotech they get both quality and great service at an affordable price.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? 

The world is changing technologically at a very high pace. Keeping up with it can be tough but if your team is having a very comforting work infrastructure, and with the geeks passionate about application development, it becomes fun to keep up with the updated technology.

In India, it is quite fun to work, because it has adapted very well with technology and also kept the culture in place. It is said to take care of your team and they will take care of the business and the same is seen at logistic as the teams are the responsibility of the management and to keep up with the pace the teams keep the whole firm updated.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?  

Augmented reality, Virtual reality, and Internet of Things are the future for most of the businesses. Today they are being used for doing business, for the internet and a lot of things that we do not even know about. These things have given rise to many different ideas and innovations in this industry. AR and VR will always be there as they have a tremendous impact on the current situations. But, the Internet of Things can be said that it is the future.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Mobile technology was something developing and today it has become the reality of most of the people. Mobile technology is the future. And, what helps to run the mobile technology is something Applications do and app developers like us will help the clients achieve their goals. In short, app developers are the future of the world that will bring the reality on the users’ fingertips.
