Give us a quick overview on Lemosys Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
Lemosys Infotech is ISO 9001:2015 Certified company having their operations in India and United States, company was formed in 2007 with aims to be the highest quality software development company in the world for excellent services and delivering standard value to customers, employees and our associates. Lemosys is a top IT company in Asia. The company has reached best world class practice in the field of web and mobile applications development services. Web designing and development being the main company activity, we also provide a range of scripts for launching e-commerce sites and shopping carts which includes Group buying, Deal aggregator, Micro job site, and online bidding.
We provide an array of solutions for all industry verticals including enterprises, healthcare, retail, e-governance, and education. Our solutions include CRM, ERP, POS, Project management and collaboration, Employee performance management, Loyalty Programs, Channel management, Patient appointment scheduling, e-learning solutions and much more. What is your role in the management and development of Lemosys Infotech?
As technical director my role is most challenging.  I also communicate with clients to gather the requirements with good suggestions. I always come up with some good concepts which our clients appreciate.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
My biggest achievement is my team who is working with me and delivering the projects within the time frame and quality. My team is always there to support me.  My knowledge and my client experience always inspire me. Lemosys has been awarded with highly reputed IT outsourcing partners in India by Trade Flock (4th Rank).

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Lemosys follow the Industry standards with SDLC model. We use agile methodology and divide the project into different modules as follow:
●    Planning & Analysis
●    Prototyping & Wireframing
●    UI/UX
●    Databases
●    Architecture
●    Application Front and Back end development
●    QA/QC
●    Deployment
We follow these typical milestones of a mobile app where, each of the development milestones is divided into multiple sprints where we make sure the suggestions and corrections suggested by the client are kept on priority.
During the complete SDLC process t, a Business Analyst is assigned as a single point of communication to the client and monitored by team lead and managers that makes our communication efficient and helps in timely delivery.
The whole project is presented to client at every step, feedbacks are taken care at the initial level and resources are managed accordingly so that we meet the deadlines proposed.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
Very first, our team understands the exact requirement from client, then based on our knowledge and previous experience we suggest best platform with different time frames. We also listen to client if they have some good suggestion regarding the platform. Already built in code repository is our plus point here. 

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
Well Hybrid application has some limitations over native applications. In terms of N level Customization we always prefer native applications. It always depends on requirement about the choice. At sometimes, if the requirements are a best fit for hybrid, with a few challenges, we go with hybrid as well. But Native applications are far better in terms of reliability, high performance and of Course security.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
My company works on all three models used by industries right now
1.    Fixed Price Project.
2.    Time and Material
3.    Resource Outsourcing
I use the model that best fit with the requirements and client preferences. Even if I see any chance of learning new technologies, I never see my profit there. For fixed cost I will confirm the requirement and then we will prepare the quotation. Time and material is preferable when client comes to us with dynamic project requirements and chooses to go flexible by taking the opportunity to replace features, adjust functionalities and modify the project at any stage of development. If client is technical and looking for multi talented and skillful technical resource or a team, we have solution for that as well and we outsource resource or team and the client can hire them for their purpose.
Fixing a budget for a project  has a simple methodology that is based on various factors like  no. of people involved in project based on experience, no. of other resources, infrastructure, and miscellaneous.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
Few apps developed by us are ingeniously helpful in the growth of my customers. We analyze the requirement, study them and do research based on competitors and then give suggestion to our client.  My customers compliment my team for saving their efforts and managing resources flexibly. They were able to enhance their business profit. We have some design experts in-house that they propose nice designs for any application and make it easy to understand.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
Well, according to me, listening to the clients carefully and explaining them things legibly will impress the client most during the first meet. If we are suggesting something to a client, there should be a solid reason behind that. Also, getting their feedback during the development process will make the clients happy.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
We attend seminars, write blogs, read good articles, and keep ourselves. We organize technical debates at our promises as well. We have a dedicated technical research and marketing team who stay abreast with the latest technical updates and changes to provide our developers the brief about the changes on the horizon on a weekly/monthly basis.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
AR,VR and IoT along with AI  are the future. They are going to change the world rapidly. For example: AR and VR can deploy equipment operated by less expensively-skilled staff, it can guide user how to manage and maintain the hardware, it makes job easy for remote locations. Using AI, human efforts will be very less with almost nil margin of error. These will minimize the cost as well. For the ecommerce business arena, these technologies will provide unlimited options to stay ahead.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
According to me, there will be a bright future for Mobile Technology. Automation and centralizing the things will make human life easier and faster. Everything will be on fingers, the cloud computing will be the key for future. Technologies like Internet of Things, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality have been at the forefront and showing no signs of slowing down.
