How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Lemosys follow the Industry standards with SDLC model. We use agile methodology and divide the project into different modules as follow:

Well Hybrid application has some limitations over native applications. In terms of N level Customization we always prefer native applications. It always depends on requirement about the choice. At sometimes, if the requirements are a best fit for hybrid, with a few challenges, we go with hybrid as well. But Native applications are far better in terms of reliability, high performance and of Course security.

I use the model that best fit with the requirements and client preferences. Even if I see any chance of learning new technologies, I never see my profit there. For fixed cost I will confirm the requirement and then we will prepare the quotation. Time and material is preferable when client comes to us with dynamic project requirements and chooses to go flexible by taking the opportunity to replace features, adjust functionalities and modify the project at any stage of development. If client is technical and looking for multi talented and skillful technical resource or a team, we have solution for that as well and we outsource resource or team and the client can hire them for their purpose.
Fixing a budget for a project has a simple methodology that is based on various factors like no. of people involved in project based on experience, no. of other resources, infrastructure, and miscellaneous.

Well, according to me, listening to the clients carefully and explaining them things legibly will impress the client most during the first meet. According to me, there will be a bright future for Mobile Technology. Automation and centralizing the things will make human life easier and faster. Everything will be on fingers, the cloud computing will be the key for future.
