ENPACL – Making Pension Services Digital, Simpler & More Efficient
The ENPACL App was a big initiative by the National Welfare and Assistance Institution for Labor Consultants. Launched in Italy in 2022, the administration wanted to digitize their pension services. Lasting Dynamics collaborated with ENPACL to make a versatile, intuitive mobile app.
The app is compatible with Android and iOS. We ensured it integrated with the existing web application. Services include pension management, financial transactions, and secure communication channels. As such, now it offers labor consultants a wide set of services.
With financial transactions through PagoPA, the app makes money management hassle-free. It ensures user security with SPID and Government ID logins, protecting personal information.
Consultants can access public forms quickly and efficiently. The app also makes the payment process more convenient by simplifying it. Optimized for both Android and iOS, it provides a consistent, high-quality user experience across various devices.

Rosmariano
Rosmariano was a multi-faceted sustainability project. Among other things, it was a game connected to the real production of essential oils. CEO Mariano Peterlongo wanted to build a closed, circular economy in Italy. He imagined high-tech solutions reducing emissions, waste, and plastic usage in Italy.
The project came to an end with the unfortunate passing of Mr Peterlongo.

VetrinaLive
VetrinaLive is an e-commerce shop builder, a competitor of Shopify. It allows shop owners to create their online shop without any tech knowledge.
The platform has integrations such as Zapier, Pabbly, Integromat, Stripe, PayPal, RazorPay, Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram Shops and several others. The MVP was deployed in production after only 2 months and a complete V1 arrived after only 5. Vetrinalive is also a PWA - progressive web app and it's fully usable from mobile devices.

Brandbassador – Increased Onboarding, Reduced Churn
Brandbassador is a dynamic web and mobile application designed to connect everyday users with brands, transforming users into ambassadors. The platform enables these ambassadors to complete missions and share products, helping brands increase revenue by rewarding their top contributors.
Lasting Dynamics worked closely with the tech team and the other business units to choose and introduce the Agile practices that would make the most impact. These practices created a more cohesive and efficient workflow.
One of the most appreciated practices was the "contamination" session. These sessions helped the tech and customer success teams communicate and coordinate better. The teams now have a better grasp of each other's priorities, methods, and challenges. They work together, in greater harmony, towards shared objectives. Our approach improved processes and team dynamics.

Intempus – Acquired by VISMA in 2022
Intempus serves businesses that need accurate time tracking and efficient employee management. Now popular in Nordic countries, it is designed for the construction industry. Our platform manages and tracks work hours, absences, and payroll in one place.
Our team improved the platform for 7 years, resulting in VISMA acquiring Intempus in 2022.
Working together for 7 years, we migrated the platform twice. The launch of the newest version was the most successful. Our company consequently received a lot of attention from stakeholders, investors, and competitors. In the end, VISMA was so impressed, they acquired Intempus.
Developing Intempus required a robust tech stack. This included React for the web app and the PWA / mobile version. Our team integrated many features into a cohesive, user-friendly platform.
We made sure it worked well. That it could scale. That it could adapt to different industries. And our company nailed the implementation of these technologies. As a result, Intempus is now a top tool for managing time and workers.

Roundrush is a new Agile methodology invented by Lasting Dynamics SRL. At the same time, it is a custom software developed as an internal product. Roundrush is a workflow management system, optimized for software development companies.
Roundrush merges the best practices from SCRUM, KANBAN, TDD, and XP. It inherits precepts of OKRs and Shu-Ha-Ri. Providing tech teams with a quality workflow, day after day, it shows everyone how to deliver high-end products.
Our platform improves the workflow and the quality of development deliveries. Teams can easily orchestrate tasks, prioritizing and monitoring the process in real-time. We developed Roundrush using React.js, Node.js, Apollo, GraphQL, Typescript, and GoLang. It has a full micro-service-oriented architecture.??
