NetBlaze
Project Overview
Netblaze is an ecosystem for social platforms, enabling social media marketers to understand and fetch social media information. The platform requires users to sign-up using business or end-users, allowing them to scan the website for possible media marketing. Netblaze partnered with Intellicoworks, a DevOps, SecOps, and DataOps services provider, to enable end-users and businesses to sign up.
Project Requirements
- To manage growing data.
- Ensure uptime.
- Manage SLAs for communication services (email, SMS, desktop notifications, and mobile push notifications).
- We first started by analyzing requirements and made documentation for two-way conversation. In spite of this, Intellicoworks provided solutions for the platform.
Project Challenges
- Meeting the uptime SLA (99.9999%) with cron jobs which were resolved by showing a dashboard of jobs and routines running within a defined time.
- Setting up an operational communication dashboard (text, email, API layer) for administrators to monitor and review operations.
Project Solution
- Intellicoworks team developed solutions using a variety of tools and operation centers, including cloud watch, Prometheus, and custom solutions for data visibility.
- To manage data with data dimension management and strict SLA, appropriate sharding and partitioning techniques were put in place to keep the payload of data lean and manageable.
- Customized analytics were created to identify delay concerns on both the app and third-party side, resolved through hardware and software optimization techniques.
- Cron job management and processing of third-party platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp were other significant requirements. Intellicoworks developed a customized analytics solution that helped maintain SLA and resolve delays through optimization techniques.
- As part of the project, Intellicoworks developed point-in-time stop/start/restart, and real-time analytics of current running cron jobs, with vitals of the system handling those jobs.
- The major feature was the maintenance of SLA and escalations to different resource bases in case of a breach.
Project Results
Working with Intellicoworks, Netblaze was able to expand its business and execute all wishlists of its clients and customers. The solution was tested and implemented with multiple brands (same codebase with different CSS and website) by the same customer and sold. The project has been working successfully for the past six years or so, with over 10K customers and 100+ clients
Blackbird
Project Overview
Blackbird, an online data collection ecosystem for social media, partnered with IntellicoWorks, a provider of DevOps, SecOps, and DataOps services. IntellicoWorks offered custom DataOps and DevOps solutions to meet Blackbird’s real-time analytics needs for hardware connectors, enabling efficient data fetching, posting, and updates.
Project Requirements
The client required a platform that would keep track of;
- A real-time analytics platform for hardware connectors to fetch information and post it back with versions and updates.
- The platform should be able to collect data from different social media platforms in a consistent and reliable way.
- The system should be able to handle large volumes of data and process it quickly and efficiently.
- A solution that can monitor cron jobs in real-time and track the success and failure of requests per second.
- The platform should be designed with security in mind, ensuring that user data is protected at all times.
Project Challenges
- Blackbird needed a system that could re-scrape all records within < 4 hours of time windows, while each scrape record takes no more than 10 seconds.
- The solution should be scalable and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Blackbird expects high-quality DevOps, SecOps, and DataOps services to be provided by Intellicoworks, with a focus on delivering bespoke solutions that meet Blackbird's specific requirements.
Project Solution
- Developed a series of operations, including development, cron, security, IoT, and governance, to meet Blackbird's requirements for the real-time analytics platform.
- Implemented real-time monitoring for cron jobs that tracked the success and failure of requests per second. Developed a notification system that alerted the team when a cron job failed, enabling them to take immediate action and prevent any significant issues.
- Created a system that allowed for re-scraping all records within < 4 hours of time windows. Optimized the scraping process to reduce the time it took to scrape each record to less than 10 seconds.
- Utilized PHP Laravel, AWS Services, and SSH Shell technologies to develop a scalable and adaptable solution.
- Provided high-quality DevOps, SecOps, and DataOps services that focused on delivering bespoke solutions to meet Blackbird's specific requirements.
Project Results
We worked closely with Blackbird and we got successful in delivering a real-time analytics platform for hardware connectors. Hardware connectors can process more than a million records per day while keeping infrastructure costs to less than $1K per month. The project has been running smoothly for over 5 years, with real-time monitoring and efficient re-scraping capabilities.
Intellicoworks' bespoke approach and use of cutting-edge technologies allowed for seamless integration with Blackbird's existing systems. The successful implementation of the real-time monitoring and re-scraping system has enabled Blackbird to deliver accurate and timely data to its customers.
Kibocode
Project Overview
Intellicoworks, a DevOps, SecOps & DataOps service provider partnered with KiboCode/ProfitSpy to develop a platform that manages pricing information, stock availability, order management, asset management, and more. KiboCode/ProfitSpy is a seller’s engagement dashboard for data collection from different e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and Cartzy.
Project Requirements
The client required a platform that would keep track of;
- Pricing information.
- Sale information.
- Stock availability.
- Order management from one store to another.
The platform also needed to aggregate profitable platforms and recommend where to sell or buy more.
Project Challenges
- The biggest challenge was to maintain the uptime SLA (99%) with scrape jobs. To resolve this, a dashboard of jobs and routines running within a defined time was created.
- An operational communication dashboard was also set up for administrators to monitor and review operations.
- A quarterly and daily board was set up for administrators to view the progress of application scrape jobs.
- Finally, a data operation dashboard was created for reviewing the growing data needs with archive or purge information that wasn’t required.
Project Solution
- The team developed all development, cron, security, deployment/rollback and data governance operations.
- The team made solutions for uptime requirements, SLA management for communication services, and data visibility.
- Also, customized analytics were created to identify delay concerns and resolve them through hardware and software optimization techniques.
- As part of the data operations, the entire data set needed to be refreshed across all platforms with over 15 million products needing to be updated regularly. To address this, the team developed producer/consumer cron jobs to update pricing structures, pictures, and variations for all products. Additionally, an aggregated summary report is available for all platforms.
Project Results
Intellicoworks was able to help KiboCode/ProfitSpy expand its business from one business unit to multiple units with branding options. Kibocode/ProfitSpy was able to create 5+ brands based on this using approximately the same infrastructure handling different tenants. The project has been working fine for the past 3 years, and customers are still giving in requirements for modification.
Vulcan Forged
VulcanForged, a blockchain platform and game studio that provides a marketplace for trading NFTs and a DEX for buying and selling them. With over 20,000 active members and a top-5 GamesMarketplace, VulcanForged was seeking a DevOps and DataOps provider to develop a more scalable and sustainable approach to their growing data and uptime requirements.
Project Requirements
- To develop an NFT Marketplace, they needed an admin panel.
- Switch from using the native VET coin to PYR (ERC-20).
- To develop a decentralized exchange on their own dedicated blockchain. Building a new blockchain - Elysium which fosters a trusted gaming ecosystem and a cloud-based wallet management system.
Mainly the client’s concerns were growing data and uptime requirements for communication services and analytics for managing the admin panel and switching from Polygon to Elysium.

- Maintaining a 99.99% uptime operational dashboard with all running services.
- Developing a security algorithm to block all DDOS or unwanted attackers.

VulcanForged now has its own NFTs Marketplaces, Agora, VulcanDex, Myforge, a PYR token on ERC-20 protocol, and improved blockchain infrastructure. Intellicoworks’ approach allowed users to have more flexible payment options and supported gamers with a secure gaming ecosystem.
