Give us a quick overview on Inoxoft. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Limited Liability Company Inoxoft Development (Inoxoft Development LLC) was founded in 2014 within a group of few engineers. As time has passed, a lot of projects have been successfully delivered to business owners across the world. Team has begun to grow in quantity, earning first award in 2017 as Top .Net Developers in the domain of Web development from one of the familiar research platforms online. Inoxoft has soon entered Lviv IT Cluster, which is a unity of 100 software companies in the city.

Partnership with Microsoft and Digital Knights, ISTQB certification, and the awards in 2018, 2019, 2020 from the research mediums, consequently have added value to Inoxoft professional power. The company entered the world arena of software companies and began to create a positive experience in people’s mindsets of how technology could significantly improve the business and services offered to thousands of customers.

Inoxoft has delivered unique technology solutions for partners from Israel, the UK, the USA, Norway, Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, and other countries. The company established partnerships with offices in Tel Aviv and Philadelphia.

The company has already been delivering Mobile and Web Development, UI/UX Design, Quality Assurance Services, and Automated Testing service to its clients. Key technologies are Python, .Net, Node.js, ReactJS, iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native which are the most wide-spread language in mobile and web development.

What is your role in the management and development of Inoxoft? 

At Inoxoft I supervise project managers who ensure product delivery to be done on time and according to scope, quality and cost parameters. I also work on developing the Mature Delivery principles and approaches. Of course, there is a lot of communication with clients, gathering their feedback and conducting analytics to find ways of improving delivery of our products and meeting expectations of all parties at a necessary high level. 

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry 

At any business, especially when you work with vendors, and delegate work to them the worst thing which might happen is surprise. You have expectations and you want them to become a reality, it is your goal and it is your first and main goal. Within such conditions our biggest achievement within industry is smooth delivery of projects, one by another, without surprises, but with predictable, controllable, and optimized results.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients? 

Agile project management and Delivery which is built on principles of iterative development and expectation is a proven way to meet release on time. Clients receive Demo and provide their regular feedback. As the project starts we clearly define clients’ expectations. Our expert team conducts estimation of project size. We evaluate and discuss risks. All this together with professionalism of our engineers and managers helps us deliver software successfully.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

The company provides Discovery Phase service which is a clear estimation of requirements, assessment of project idea, and relevance of product for the end-users.

Depending on the client's requirements, the team estimates the best cooperation model for client business taking into account the time scope, team composition, project complexity, and budget.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

The classic and at the same time the most right answer is “It depends”. You as a client should clearly understand and define three parameters: target, limitation, and variable.

Target - what do you want to achieve (it might be some deadline or super quality).

Limitation - what can’t be changed (it might be budget or hardware).

Variable - what can be traded off (it might be scope or timeline).

Or these parameters might be changed in any way. Each combination can bring a new decision.

Taking into account the requests we get and a combination of parameters it seems that business chose Hybrid at the moment. Choosing Hybrid seems to be a good trade off comparing pros and cons

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The answer is a composition of Target / Limitation / Variable. We need to understand what can be a trade-off.

Usually budget is based on the scope estimation shaped on a team which is based on deadline, budget, and quality requirements. You remember, ‘Managing expectations’ only by understanding all variables and clarifying it with a client we build the proposal which will help to meet expectations as it is the only way to reach success.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

Clients enhance to the extent they need and want. It all depends on the type of business and goals. For some business owners, we provide software development as complementary help to their business solutions. Others use software services as a core for their business growth.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

We have two principles of work here at Inoxoft, managing expectations and iterative delivery. The principles are pretty simple but very deep in their meeting and covering areas of work.

Managing Expectations - means understanding what client needs, why he needs it and when. It means to be transparent and open. It means make commitments and follow them.

Iterative Delivery - it’s a common thing when two people have two different visions on the same problem / situations. The same is with products: you might see that it should work in one way and I see it absolutely different. What we achieve with this principle is that client will know whether implemented functionality is what he expects as soon as possible. And, he will have this checked regularly: 2-4 weeks per iteration. So, the case when you wait for delivery for half of a year and then receive something you don’t want is fully eliminated.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

We’ve launched a Functional Expertise Offices. This concept is intended to constantly observe everything new within our core tech stacks and ongoing update of competence matrixes, conducting tech talks in order to spread new knowledge through the company.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

It’s obvious that IoT has a huge potential across mobile and web development. Everything turns into not only smart homes, but smart logistics, medical services, learning. The rise in using IoT opens us to a new view over how technology can be used to simplify sales, improve customer service, and help us do personal affairs easier. AR and VR will play a great role in Education. We contemplate how leading universities already equip classes with virtual reality devices and facilities. Though it’s still a future perspective, AR and VR will hold a great part in software development.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Flutter seems to be the technology which might grab the huge part of the market in near future. It’s now fully supported by Google the idea of writing code once and launching it on multiple platforms has always been a key principle of the development world. React Native showed how successful might be cross platform application and Flutter seems to be the platform, which can take the lessons learnt by React Native and turn the market.
