Give us a quick overview on INEXTURE Solutions. When and how did you begin this journey, and what were your motives to be successful in app development? 

INEXTURE is a place where small and medium-scale businesses can develop their digital products without worrying about the costing. We are providing them with Website development, Portal development, Mobile App Development, and other such services, which help them create their web presence and handle their business workflow with a better grip with our digital solutions. INEXTURE Solutions was established in 2014 with a vision to provide digital identity and better workflow management to all the small and medium-scale businesses. Being a client-centric company, we moved forward with only one thing in mind, and that was Customer Satisfaction, and it has helped INEXTURE getting recognition worldwide. 


What is your role in the management and development of INEXTURE Solutions?

As of being the Chief Technology Officer, I take care of the company’s technical vision. I also take care of technical architecture for new projects and keep trying new innovations for upcoming projects. Being the CTO of the company, I have to carefully study the client requirement and design a perfect architecture that suits the client’s business model and makes business easy for the client and gives him a great ROI.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry 

I remember working on that project for a big insurance company that handled more than 4 million records. The project took 120 to 150 seconds to respond initially, which was brought down to less than 5 seconds for each response. I consider that significant change in the client’s project as our biggest achievement. The client was more than happy to see that change, and we can’t simply compare that client satisfaction with any other factor to measure our achievement.


How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the time-line to your clients? 

We divide the whole development phase into five phases, which are Discussion, Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment. The five phases make the project development easy, and we define a deadline for each phase to get completed. Among all of those phases, the development phase is what takes a lot of time. So, this is how we manage the project timeline, and from that management, the client can also have a look at when the project will be delivered.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for the app development? 

We ask the detailed requirement of the client, and we brainstorm on the given requirement, and from that, we shortlist some technologies that the client can use to develop his application. We also quote the client for all the technologies with its benefits. Then, it is totally up to the client to choose which technology to go for. We suggest technologies that are feasible yet profitable and have the potential to give a great ROI to our client.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression,  Native or Hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice? 

We always suggest our clients go for Native App Development because native applications have direct access to the phone hardware, and hence native apps perform better than hybrid apps. We insist on native app development because it can directly access the phone’s camera, Bluetooth, GPS, and will perform much better than hybrid apps. We suggest the clients to opt for Hybrid App Development when performance is not a major factor for the app, and the client is running out of budget and time. Hybrid apps take less time to get developed as compared to native app development. So, we suggest app development based on the client’s requirements and budget.


How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

We present multiple pricing models to our clients, which includes hourly, monthly pricing model, full-time and part-time pricing model, and we also offer a fixed-cost pricing model. The client is free to choose the pricing model as per his choice.

We quote the pricing after gathering requirements from the client, the number of resources he wants, his expected delivery date, etc. From all these factors and other factors, we decide our pricing and quote the client.


How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business? 

We are proud to say that we have helped a lot of businesses efficiently handling their business with our developed mobile apps. One of our real estate apps is doing a great job now, and the client is also satisfied with our work. Earlier, the client struggled to manage properties for selling/renting, which has now become so easy with the real estate app that we developed. The app shows the houses to rent/sell nearby to the users and also notifies the user when any property around the user’s location is for sale, lease, or rent.


What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

We believe that customer experience should be the topmost priority for any company. Any business should serve a great customer experience to their clients at every phase of development, and even after project deployment. A great business organization will continue delivering its excellent services even after sales, and that’s what impresses the clients the most. We provide after-sales support on-the-go, so our clients do not have to wait to get their questions answered. So, delivering a great customer experience post-sales is the best method to attain client satisfaction, in our opinion.


How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements? 

We are always ready to take new challenging projects. Whenever a challenging project comes up, we take it no matter what. So, it makes us adapt to new technologies and learn new skills. Our developers keep themselves updated with the latest technological advancements. We often arrange sessions to upgrade our developers’ knowledge, so we can say that we try enough to be in the pace with the technological advancements.


What are your thoughts about AR, VR, and the Internet of Things (IoT)?

Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and the Internet of Things are the most trending technologies these days. We are already working on the IoT apps which can make people’s lives easier by managing your electronic devices such as TV, Fans, AC, Audio System, etc. from your mobile application. To talk about AR and VR, we are slowly making some remarkable progress. AR and VR is the future of films and graphics, so AR VR Development is the future, and we should be ready to adopt it.


What do you think will be the future of mobile technology?

We think that the future of Mobile technology lies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. We are already working on different AI technologies and trying to make a difference. Learning and adapting new technologies is the key to being future-ready. But, we assume that whatever technology it will be, we hope that we will be ready for it and craft innovations using that technology.
