Give us a quick overview on Fluper. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
My company, Fluper limited is a NASSCOM, GOOGLE and IBM certified mobile app design and Development Company. We have over 320+ projects under our wing. We help create resourceful and unique mobile applications for both Android and IOS platforms. We also offer various services, such as mobile app development, strategic consulting, chat bots, web development, product management, so on and so forth. We also offer peer-to-peer mobile apps across different sectors.

What is your role in the management and development of Fluper?
I am the founder and CEO of Fluper. I have also undertaken the role of business head for Fluper.
Believe that every startup requires strong leadership who leads the way for the company and its members towards success and recognition. I try to motivate my team members and lend a hand to them so that we can accomplish our life long dreams as a dedicated team. I continuously keep myself updated about the recent trends and technological innovations to manage my company efficiently. I come up with a profitable, strategic and optimistic approach to help us deliver the best and most profitable solutions to all our clients.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
We feel like choosing our best work among all the projects that we have undertaken is quite difficult as we have worked with such a diverse client base. However, we have worked with clients to develop Careem and Grab Dubai and Saudi Arabia’s top app and I believe it is one of our best achievements so far.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
We follow a strategic and credible approach right from the moment a client brings their ideas to the table so that we can deliver our promises on time.
●    Ideation- We agree upon a realistic app idea
●    Designing- After settling on an idea, we begin the process of designing the interface.
●    Development- We starts app development through agile scrum methodology.
●    Testing - We carry out several tests that analyze the performance, usability, functionality and much more.
●    Launch- We then helps you launch your app at the right time.
●    Post-launch- We also look after post-launch services and assist you in monitoring, regular updates, social media marketing, etc.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
We are strong believers in the idea that choosing the correct app development platform is a vital step towards the success of an application. We help clients achieve transparency in their requirements and focus on different aspects, such as current market scenario, target audience, technical specifications such as design, and lastly, their budget. Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
I prefer the native model because of its brilliant user experience, as well as higher scalability. In such cases, they can choose and vouch for a hybrid app, which can operate on multiple platforms with ease.
 
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We do not have a fixed pricing system. Our budgets are usually dynamic and depend upon the client’s needs and requirements.

We help in delivering result-oriented digital marketing solutions to our clients across the globe. We also deliver services that are garnering a lot of attention and are in demand these days like Social Media Optimization, Pay-per-click and Email Marketing.

First, we arrange a team meeting to brief all our members about the trends in the industry. Then, we explain and break down the intricacies and the need for the update. We guide them in understanding the benefits and advantages of integrating the new updates. Lastly, we hold training sessions to inculcate the update in our development processes.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
AR, VR and IOT are changing and improving the way we go about our daily lives to an incredible extent. These technologies not only help users navigate around the practical world but also communicate with virtual things. The IoT revolution which has influenced many areas of app development has helped us make our daily lives way simpler and uncomplicated. I believe that such technologies will change the way we live our daily lives.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
I feel like in the future Mobiles would come with the feature alterable dimensions. I feel like one would be able to control their entire lives through their mobile phones in the near future.
