They developed the web-based platform and finished the app for us on both iOS and Android. There are two versions of the app: a version for our business clients, and a consumer version with a smaller scope of functionality. We had a vision board and had a few wireframe ideas, but they tidied up the design and went above and beyond to make the product as good as it could be. They were responsible for the UX, and they set up an easy to use signup flow with a simple tutorial for users to download the app. Communication was streamlined and easy. We used a platform developed by the colleague who put us in touch with Evrone in the first place. Other than that platform, we communicated with them over Slack. They synchronized all our correspondence, which was very helpful. The functionality and reliability are excellent, and the expectations they set were always very accurate. When the product was delivered, it was often better than we imagined.

We initially contacted Evrone. They made me fill out a form on their website and got back to me immediately. We then set up a series of meetings to understand what I was looking for. After that, they prepared our scope of work. Our app communicates to drivers when they’re going to drop off or pick up their next load. It’s built using React Native and is available on Android and iOS. Our goal is to have a seamless UX for both drivers and dispatchers, and Evrone has defined personas and user stories for the two. We’ve already finished the initial engagement, but we’re so happy with Evrone performance that we’ve started new projects with them. Evrone always works under budget and submits within deadlines — that’s incredibly rare. They also publish weekly SWOT analyses about our deliverables and next steps. They’re very organized in recounting what has happened in the previous week and what will happen in the new week. Evrone is very hands-on with how we move the project. They’ve even done a competitive analysis even though we haven’t asked them to.

Our company was growing fast with series of Project Management issues. We have faced series of problems in our workflows and delivery. Having help from Evrone we were able to establish new Project Management workflows and train our Project Managers bringing them to the higher levels. One additional part of project was migrating existing workflows from one Server to new cloud. It was multi stage project. We have started of validating our current flows and gaps in our skill sets inside our team. It required a lot of workshops and understanding our processes and also specifics of work we do. The next step was to agree together on scope of detailed work and timeline for it. Series of workshops and trainings were performed by Evrone All was summarised with documentation and feedback for our Management. We have also monitored progress and results achieved. Evrone was also keen enough to help us set a path for future own improvements.
