Being the CEO of Esferasoft Solutions, I am very keen on learning, adapting and implementing the latest technologies, which eventually results in finding new audience and potential client base. Moreover, I always believe in learning and hard working, which bring good results for the company.


Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

I believe that running an organization of 100+ professionals, itself is a big achievement. Back in 2007, I started as a single entity and now I have multiple resources that I can leverage to build successful online portals.


How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We work on milestone basis, which help us in dividing the development work into specific sections.  This strategy ensures to complete and deliver the project on time, which makes our clients feel satisfied and happy.


How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

We have a defined process for our clients, where we listen to their requirements including project expectations, features and budget. Based on that, we advise them a cost effective yet profitable business solution. Moreover, our team follows a transparent and precise approach which creates result driven and profitable applications.


Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Mobile Applications have invaded mankind to the extent that today one can’t even imagine living without them. For successful and profitable business I would recommend Native Apps.

Factors:-
    •  Smooth work, fast operating speed, and flawless performance.
    • Great design and user experience possibilities. For instance, the implementation of sophisticated UX/UI design and animation
    • Native app UI allows users to understand navigation within the app more quickly
    • Good integration with the hardware of the device (e.g. camera, GPS, phone, touch screen)
    • Easy to launch in the App Store. When it comes to the question of native vs hybrid app or a mobile web app, native applications follow the OS (Android or iOS) guidelines completely
    • Better security & reliability (apps developed natively are checked and approved by the App Store)
    • Easy to implement new sophisticated features that the market demands (AI, VR, AR, IoT, etc.) in Native App.
    • Ability to operate offline. Internet connection is necessary if there is corresponding functionality required for native app development.
                 

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The pricing model is always a tricky question to answer as it totally depends upon client requirements. It could be as straightforward as typical pricing models like Fixed Price Contracts, Time & Material, and Dedicated Team. We also follow the same models based on customers’ needs and the clarity of project requirements.
If the requirements are well defined and can be scoped easily, then we suggest our      clients to go with a fixed price model, while T&M is preferred where the requirements may be evolving during development and the budget is flexible. The dedicated team is always preferable where the customer wants a complete control over the project during implementation and direct the team members based on his/her business needs. However, there have been situations where we have started the project in T&M as discovery phase to finalize the requirements, budget & timeline and then implemented in fixed cost.
Apart from this, we have developed a lot of reusable components in last 12 years which helps in reducing the development time and help us in faster project execution. This helps our clients in reducing their go-to-market time and overall cost of the project.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

There is no doubt that mobile technology will witness more growth in coming years. Reason is quite simple as preferences have been changed and people feel more comfortable in accessing information on their mobile phones.
