What is your role in the management and development of EitBiz?
I am the CEO / Founder of EITBIZ. My roles & responsibility are to create, plan, implement and integrate the right and strategic direction, collaborate closely with the team to design and develop the application.

Addressing issues within the organization if business goals are not being met
I never hesitate to take the right decision whatever it requires to make the client happy and to deliver the project successfully.
Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
One of the biggest achievements is that working with the highly experienced team and delivering all the projects successfully before the deadline. Also, I do provide ongoing support to our clients to make them with their products. I do believe in working with my clients for a long time. This can be possible only when the client is earning / satisfied with their products, support etc.
How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Before to share timeline, we do believe to discuss the requirements with the client so that we can understand the business modules, flow and features require to be developed. We do create detailed SRS documents along with all the features, modules, and flow along with Data Flow Diagram to develop the SRS.
SRS is truly a time-consuming process but this has great benefits to deliver the application successfully because we define everything in detail along with the milestone to deliver the application. Also, we do share the progress 2-3 times in a week and schedule call to discuss closely with the client.
Using this process, we have delivered more then 300+ applications already and we have many projects in progress.
How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
Based on the client budget and requirements, we suggest the best framework to develop. We do provide multiple options to client along with drawback and limitations of each framework, so that the client can take time to think about the suitable framework for their requirements because so many platforms are there in the market to develop the app for IOS and Android like Native Framework, Hybrid framework like React Native, Ionic, Native Script, Flutter etc..
We always keep transparency with our clients regarding the framework/platform to develop. Yes, sometime we recommend to use Hybrid framework if requirement is not so complex to develop and will save client’s time and efforts.
Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
As mentioned earlier, to choose between Native and Hybrid, it depends completely on the project requirements/complexity and business model. Yes, we do discuss the benefits and drawbacks of hybrid and native platforms with our clients. Customization and price model are very important to choose when we talk about to choose between Hybrid and Native framework
How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We gather the requirements then discuss closely with the client to develop the detailed SRS document. Once SRS document will be done then client can cross-verify the requirements, feature and flow. Once SRS freeze then we discuss about the 3 pricing models
1.Fixed price based on the SRS
2.Hourly price to deliver the application
3.Dedicated resources to deliver the application.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
That’s a very good question. When we talk about the growth in business then we should take care of the client’s business and hence we share our suggestions quite often during the development and project scope discussion. If the client’s business will be growing then absolutely we will be getting more business, we can also earn and we will grow together.
What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
We need to take care the following from the day 1 to keep the clients happier
1.Need to understand customer requirements and make them feel special that we’re the expert and we dedicate our efforts sincerely.
2.We need to provide wonderful support, and design strategies for project development which is always the best to put clients in first place.
3.Best communication and availability according to client time zone
4.Routine meeting like 2-3 times in a week and share project progression details.
5.Need to provide a good support so that the client can grow in their business.
How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?
Great question, if we need to retain ourselves in the IT industry then we need to upgrade ourselves based on the latest technologies. I always provide extra time to my team so that they can spend at-least 10-12 hours per week to see what are the new technologies introduced in the market. There are so many blogs where we can see latest updates, almost about all the technologies.
What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
My thoughts are very clear that all these technologies are evolving rapidly and improving the virtual world in terms of user experience, enabling users to do things that have not been possible before. AR and VR provide opportunities to connect augmented/virtual displays to online platforms for sharing the views of AR/VR users.
IOT allows developers to connect IoT devices with AR applications to augment real objects with a virtual display showing additional useful information, such as real-time data streams.
Luckily, we do work and have delivered many AR, VR and IOT application as having separate team to work on AR/VR and IOT
What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
Mobile technology is evolving very rapidly and feeling that people want the things done with few clicks, which is not possible using laptop/desktop interface. Mobile technology is accessible anywhere which makes it desirable. Users can tap and swipe on the screen instead of clicking. The phone can sense movement.
Right now, 60-70% users are much comfortable to use their mobile phone. What I believe that in coming years, users will be comfortable to work 100% on mobile phones.
