Give us a quick overview of Drudesk. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in web development?

Drudesk is a subsidiary of Internetdevels, which specializes in supporting Drupal sites. We are a team of 50+ experts with high proficiency in website development and we have formed close relationships with our clients. What that means is that you can contact us via email, talk to someone you trust, and know that your issue will be resolved ASAP.

What is your role in the management and development of Drudesk?

My role as a director is to improve the customer service process, innovate technical novelties, and spread information about the company around the world.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

We regularly support the Drupal community and improve Drupal technology. We have taken part in different kinds of events, such as DrupalCons and DrupalCamps. That’s a great opportunity to share your knowledge and results and get new experience.

How do you schedule the development phases of the websites to promise the timeline to your clients?

Our technology is quite simple and clear. When we get a request from our clients, it is usually sent for estimation. After the task has been estimated and when we know the timeline to spend, we look for the client to approve it. Then we do everything our customers need, that is development, updates, optimizations, etc. The specialists test the work and we deploy it.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

We explain to our clients the advantages of Drupal and offer the best decisions for doing their business. We pay attention to all the details and can adapt to each client.  

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget? 

We use an hourly pricing model. The average price of our work is $30 per hour.

If we have an exact task or mockup on what to do, we can estimate the project immediately and send the price/amount of hours, and the deadline to a client.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Understanding the client's needs and aims from the very beginning - that's the best practice. 

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Drupal is going with the times. There are periodically Drupal system updates, so Drupal websites are always high-secure and up-to-date (provided if you update them timely).

What do you think will be the future of Drupal technology?

Since Drupal is currently one of the most popular CMSs in the market, it will be widely used and demanded due to it’s an open-source system, developer-friendly, and supports different types of content. Drupal is gaining focus, and, as for me, it is becoming more widespread among commercial websites. Nevertheless, Drupal is about “do one thing and do it well”.
