Not having the right know-how within the mobile domain, I've leaned on Datazo's experience for multiple projects. Our work has involved GPS tracking, interfacing with RFID devices, video functionalities, and so on. They have experience with things that would prove challenging to us, since they've worked on similar tasks across multiple projects. That has been their strength, and we've leveraged it whenever we could. There have been some communication issues related to cultural differences, but they exist even within my own organization. I've given feedback to Datazo InfoTech about the team's use of language, grammar, and attention to detail.

Datazo InfoTech delivered the app within six weeks. The improvements expanded the range of functionalities and increased value; product analytics helped us measure performance. The new pipelines made content publishing immediate, as opposed to the previous two-week period. They stabilized the attrition rate and increased the length of the news product user sessions from 30 seconds to two minutes. They were also much cheaper than in-house or other outside agencies; we estimated a 500% cost savings. The project manager was diligent from the very beginning. We tracked progress with weekly status calls and a dashboard that outlined milestones, timelines, and potential risks for delays.

It was honestly really good, never had an issue and we really enjoyed working with their team. They were always available and they went above and beyond. Their design capabilities and strategic counsel for mobile and web applications (not many can do both at the same time). Datazo InfoTech did a great job supporting mock-ups through delivery in the public App Store and data analytics we can share with customers. They have both deep expertise in all key areas (from app design to development to back end security and data analytics), and the true caring and passion for our project. We had a very small engineering team when we started, and they helped us build practices and processes to ensure everyone stayed on track.
