Consagous Technologies possesses a vast array of experience and expertise in mobile app development services. With an expansive 10+ years of experience in the industry, we have implemented over 100+ projects for clients worldwide using all the latest technologies. We are informed, knowledgeable and versed with technologies like mobile, cloud, IoT, wearable, Big Data, Dynamic 365, Salesforce on-demand, iBeacon and more. What is your role in the management and development of Consagous Technologies LLC?
 As the president of Consagous Technologies, I devote my time to strategize business growth. In addition, I keep an eye on the latest market trends and emerging technologies, which we consider while devising expansion plans and revenue-generation schemes.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
We have achieved a handful of awards and recognition during our tenure. We have been ranked in the Top App Development Companies in the USA by Clutch.co and AppFutura.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
We follow Agile methodology for mobile app development with sprint cycles and detailed planning of the entire process. We schedule project delivery time as per the scope of the project and at the end of every Sprint, we notify our client about the project progression and collect the clients view about the project. This helps us in delivering the projects on fixed time duration.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet a profitable platform for app development?
When our clients approach us, we dig deep their requirements and understand their expectations from their business’s perspective. After that, we suggest a platform in accordance with their preferences and target audience. After the analysis is done, we help them to understand the solution, once our clients can comprehend the core objective of our discourse, we ask them to make their choice and also guide them in choosing a platform that will be profitable for them in the long run.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
It all depends on the app’s requirements, but if I have a choice I would opt for native app development for a successful business progression. Native app development consists of various benefits as it gives a better user's experience and security, which is one of the key reasons for a mobile app to be successful.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
Our pricing model is based on time, effort, and difficulty to complete. Our goal is to provide the best possible product outcome for your money.

Our pricing model is divided into three parts:

Fixed price model

In this model, we provide a fixed fee and a timeline for a particular project. This is based on a defined scope of work i.e. scenarios where the project requirements are crystal clear.

Time & material model

In this model, we will deploy 1 or more team members in projects on an hourly basis. We typically invoice clients on monthly basis for all the services provided. In order to keep track of a number of man-hours spent on various aspects of the project, weekly & monthly (consolidated) timesheet are sent to the clients. From the client's perspective, this kind of working model gives total control of the project to you as a customer, without any need of defining project scope or requirements.

Dedicated model

In this model, we deploy a dedicated resource/team based on the needs & requirements of clients. As a client, project requirements may grow big or small with time. This model gives the client, complete flexibility of scaling up the team or reducing the size depending on the situation of the project and various other business dynamics. Usually, invoicing in this kind of model can be done right at the start of a month or can also be done at the end, depending upon the kind of team deployed for that particular month.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?
