MentorMind
Education is very close to our hearts here at Commutatus, we acknowledge that the education system needs to be more about experience based learning rather than just knowledge gathering. That being said, we were very excited to take up the Mentormind project when the opportunity arose!
The Mentormind platform is build on the Ruby on Rails framework and facilitates experience based learning in various sectors. Students can also take up "menternships" as a group which Mentormind is working with colleges across the country to be acceptable as final year projects. Finally, the platform is extremely robust to allow Mentormind to tweak their business model as the startup scales and they gather more feedback and ideas from the target market.
Gehna
Commutatus has been a technical partner for over 6 years now and we have grown from handling their design database to now also working to improve processes in their boutique and also give management real-time analytics of how operations are running.
Gehna sells their products on several fronts such as their website, in their boutique and across several e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, because of this inventory management becomes a very key component of the business to ensure timely delivery and easy operational tracking. Commutatus platform manages inventory at various locations and also acts as a centralized order tracking portal. From all this data, we provide the Gehna management with easy to understand visualizations of the current state of affairs of the sales and order fulfillment pipeline.
The boutique management app is a cross-platform application that is in development to allow Gehna to manage their boutique easier with built-in inventory tracking and also order creation capabilities. Boutique managers will now find it much easier to serve customers with access to inventory data and also provide customers with a smoother experience without the need to keep heading over to the counter and print invoices and order confirmation receipts.
AIESEC
Commutatus manages all global-scale development for AIESEC's platform which facilities leadership development and cross-cultural experiences in over 120 countries. Our team also helps AIESEC with product development and validation through a collaborative Sprint Process that Commutatus & AIESEC customized for this project.
AIESEC's global website available in 6 languages serves the youth audience of AIESEC and showcases experiences available for youth to take up and develop their leadership. The website is mobile and network optimized to deal with the vast variety of audiences that it receives. The portal is built on Angular2 and is maintained and continuously improved to ensure that we always have the best experience of facilitating leadership development.
Managing operations in 120 countries with over 50,000 members is no easy task! Our interface, EXPA allows AIESEC to manage and analyze global operations from CRM tools to complex analytic functions. The portal showcases internal data based on the scope of the logged-in user and has a dynamic permission grid to facilitate safe and easy operations. The portal is built on React and communications with a GraphQL API via Relay to facilitate rapid changes in the platform and also to ensure backend resources are not overutilized.
