Our major aim was to upgrade our app's codebase to meet current industry standards. We sent CloudPulse our source code and design materials, and they did a thorough code review. They created a thorough analysis indicating missing features and an optimization report outlining essential revisions to match the most recent market requirements. CloudPulse then offered us the option of modifying the existing app or building on what had previously been accomplished. Currently, we continue to work with CloudPulse. Regarding the process, we’ve started with a discovery phase to review our needs and preferred styles for UI/UX design, implementing our black background and the fonts that we’ve chosen. Moreover, CloudPulse has developed a new Telegram board for our subscription marketing channel, linked to our site, where users can make payments and read about terms and conditions. Every process is automated; whenever a user makes a payment, the Telegram bot generates a link to the group for the market research subscription.

Our company wanted to automate the process of notifying oil rig workers about their shifts. We chose Cloudpulse for it. Being PHP-based, the scheduler is accessible online 24/7 and personnel can always keep an eye on their schedule. Administrative personnel can conduct reports on work, sign up, trade shifts and time off, and export the reports as Excel, CSV or PDF files. I was afraid my lack of technical background would make it hard for me to follow project progress but PM was brilliant. I knew what was happening at every step of the way. We had regular weekly calls with the project manager on Zoom, and the main communication was via email or Slack.
