Give us a quick overview on ClassHose. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

ClassHose is one of the top web and mobile app development companies which provides end-to-end web and mobile app development solutions across all verticals. We dedicate mobile apps by rendering amazing and seamless designs, instant response and faster access in order to drive the clients’ business through mobile apps. Our aim to deliver the best web& app services to the client within shortest time span while keeping the budget lower.

With the ultimate motive of improvising efficiency, functionality, quality and interface, we practice optimum innovation and agile app development to deliver solid product.

What is your role in the management and development of ClassHose?

As the CEO of ClassHose, I am responsible for ensuring constant growth of the company with implementation of strategies that can help the team members to ensure quality in budget I ensure having only the best people working on the projects, as per the specific requirements.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry

We have created many small and large projects that we are proud of, but I would like to single out our best projects named GSM Milk Food and Amira Jewels. Initially when we began, we worked hard and smartly, established ourselves in the market, built trust among the customers and succeeded in all our endeavors. This has now grown into an achievement that clients round the globe love to work with us.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

We follow Agile methodology for app development where we follow sprint cycles and detailed planning of the entire process. We listen to our client requirements clearly and understand their needs thoroughly. Once the requirements are noted we will proceed by researching on how their ideas can be designed, developed and launched ingeniously to meet their business goals. We work on the sprints and complete the project as the sprints concluded and in this way we keep our clients notified on the project progression. This helps us in delivering the projects on time to our clients.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

I, along with the support of my team, analyze each project that we get from clients. We properly research on the project needs and depending upon the complexities and project needs, we also identify the features and different needs of mobile app to shortlist the most useful platforms for the app development for maximum performance.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

It depends upon the nature of the mobile app and the purpose. For example, if it’s going to be a highly complex app, then using Native technology is always preferred. Again, it varies as per the business needs.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

You can’t pinpoint the pricing model for app development for a simple reason that it depends on what type of app the client demands. As I mentioned earlier, it all depends on the development model, the nature of the app environment (native or hybrid), and the app development cycle itself.

We suggest the best development platform after completely understanding the client’s requirements and the challenges involved. The only crucial thing is to be transparent about the costing with them, put everything on the table, and let them decide.

But, the thumb rule of any pricing model should always be based upon the project scope, deliverable, and efforts required for deployment of a seamless solution. In simple words, the price varies based on the nature of app development.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

The mobile apps allow businesses to connect with their end users by given them access to their own exclusive mobile app. It encourages users to keep visiting their business with a single tap on mobile screen.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

Our major goal is to deliver the best and profitable solutions to attain the client satisfaction. Proper channel of project management and providing the clients proper and daily updates make us deliver a quality project. Constantly being in touch so that we know how satisfied they are with us and how we can improvise in dire situations. This helps us a lot to boost our confidence within the team. We have a confident and committed team that knows what they are doing and never fail to showcase their best quality of work.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

I and my team always try to attend the webinars, tech exhibitions to understand the trends of the market. We always try to implement the latest technologies on the clients’ projects.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

I think the future is dependent upon AR, VR, and IoT technologies. These technologies have the ability to deliver next-gen solutions to global businesses as well as the end users.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

The future of mobile technology is brighter than we can think. The technology is growing faster than ever and it’s going to be a more preferred technology for the end users, which means it’s going to be the preferred choice of businesses to launch amazing things.
