Give us a quick overview on Cerebrum Infotech. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

Cerebrum Infotech is an application development and software product company founded in 2004. We offer services in cloud computing, DevOps, web apps, iOS, Android, Sharepoint, Office 365, Java, and Dot Net development (and others). Cerebrum seasoned developers have created brilliant products to solve businesses' day-to-day problems. CereEats (food delivery app), CereDeliver (on-demand pickup and delivery), CereRides (ride and rental app solution), and others.   

I started my journey with Seasia Infotech as a consultant. Over time, I gained expertise by working with seasoned software developers and designers. The prime motivation behind being successful in mobile development was the passion for meeting users' expectations. I observed a lack of dedicated support in the industry, so I went with it all my heart.

What is your role in the management and development of Cerebrum Infotech?

As the CEO of Cerebrum Infotech, I am responsible for ensuring the company's constant growth. I implement strategies that can assist team members in elevating regular work quality. Plus, I ensure that specific people with the required qualities work on a particular project.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry.

The number says it all; our biggest achievement is expanding from a team of ten people to 150+ employees. We have grown significantly in the last decade. We have added futuristic technologies to our existing services, such as IoT, blockchain, RPA, Office 365, and SharePoint. We have been innovating in the field of healthcare, grocery delivery, real estate, logistics, e-commerce, fitness apps, and food delivery. And we are again heading our way to many more domains.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?

The development phases are defined based on the clients' requirements. We divide the project into milestones based upon SDLC, which has several benefits with this practice- clients get to see the actual product being built in short spans. The client can see the progress and ask for changes- and we apply the exact requirements.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?

As a technology partner, we ensure to be of value to all our clients. Our team's key focus remains to find the best and most profitable solution for the clients. Selecting the right platform depends on multiple factors, such as the app's intent, target audiences, scalability needs, and business growth plan. Regarding the platforms, other elements, such as market trends and technical feasibility, are also considered to find the most suitable platform for app development.   

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Both- the native and hybrid approach has their pros and cons. The choice between native or hybrid app development depends on several factors, which include your target audience, budget, timeline, core business requirements, and functionality. Thorough consideration of all these factors is necessary to make the right and informed decision. Most people demand and prefer hybrid apps, but the final decision depends on considering all the factors mentioned overhead.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

The pricing model depends upon the customer's need. The budget is designed per the skill and effort required in developing, considering the factors selected by the client, like technology, platforms, etc. We offer both one-time cost-based and subscription-based.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients' business?

We have delivered many chart-topping mobile apps that are engaging and innovative. Our satisfied clientele of over 500+ companies globally speak of our success. Our developed mobile app has assisted businesses in boosting user engagement via sleek design, creative user interfaces, and easy app navigation. The Cerebrum team has worked on apps for multiple industries, such as health, fitness, transport, food delivery, and more. Our mobile apps have helped businesses in:

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

How do you update your business system to be in pace with technological advancements?

For us, business system updates are not the end goal but a tool for accomplishing an extraordinary outcome. To remain competitive and lead the industry, it is necessary to ensure the team's knowledge of trending technologies is up to date.  
We have taken certain initiatives to ensure that the team is aware of the latest technological advancement and develop significant expertise in the new technologies.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

AR, VR, and IoT- all three technologies will expand a great deal in 2023 for sure!  

Augmented reality (AR) has massive opportunities in every sphere, such as commercial and entertainment. AR helps transform real-world experiences with virtual objects.  

As for VR, it is an exciting technology that holds the potential to revolutionize the gaming industry. In the case of IoT, it has made its mark and will only become more successful.  

Cerebrum Infotech is already working on several AR, VR, and IoT projects. We look forward to diving into all three technologies more comprehensively in the coming time.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

Based on current trends, the future of mobile technology will be directed towards elevating existing technologies and introducing new ones to make the user experience exceptional. Potential developments can shape the future of mobile technologies such as 5G, Augmented Reality, AI, IoT, foldable screens, and biometrics. The prime focus is on making the user experience easier and more engaging, and we implement the same while developing our consumers' mobile app.
