Interview with Surinder Rawat, CEO - BootesNull

Give us a quick overview on BootesNull. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?

From the beginning, I was very fascinated by technology. I was very curious to know the techniques and strategy behind machines. Thus, I choose my career in the IT field. After the completion of my education, I started working to explore the IT & development industry in order to gain some real industry experience. Later, I started my own journey officially in Feb 2019 with BootesNull. Now, it is a leading IT company in India. We are a full-stack development company that renders services globally.

What is your role in the management and development of BootesNull?

So far, BootesNull has developed several products or projects from start-up to enterprise level. Though we put a lot of effort into every project still, each time we scale up our knowledge & learn something new as it’s our prior motive. I wholeheartedly believe that learning and conquering all the roadblocks is our biggest achievement.    

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?


When a client/project comes to BootesNull with a query or concern, our primary goal is to understand what the major idea is inside the mind and what basically our client needs. In case, a client isn’t aware of the technology or platform in which their website or mobile app is, then I along with a team describe the correct technology to help them attain the maximum benefits.

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?

Well, I would suggest Native for successful and profitable business progression. Since native apps have a better user experience, are more scalable, and have higher quality, I often suggest my clients for Native instead of other technologies.

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?

There are three main pricing models as Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Dedicated team. When a customer has a limited budget or the project has a list of must-have features to include, and when the customer doesn't need to constantly control the project, a Fixed Price is the best option. On the contrary, when the budget is flexible, we start the work quickly. In fact, we also provide services for developers for hire. It means clients can choose their team and hire them for the project.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?

I believe mobile applications are extremely important and useful for every business. So far, we have developed many mobile applications like Giftzoom & Eagle Work Solutions. Moreover, we have received a great response from our clients that they have earned huge profit with the mobile apps which our team has developed. In conclusion, I believe our team is highly talented and dedicated to providing the most robust and flexible mobile app solutions.  

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?

I highly believe that trust is the most important factor a client must have always. On the other hand, a team should be very passionate and committed to the timely delivery of the project with accuracy. Fortunately, the BootesNull team is appreciated by each client not just for being punctual but also for rendering the appropriate solutions.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

From the start, I and my team always attend conferences, meetings, etc. to keep us updated with the new technologies, frameworks, and other development-related trends to provide top-notch services. I highly believe that learning is very important in the IT industry because technologies change in a day thus it’s vital.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?

All three of these technologies have a lot of potential for the IT world and also for business in general. Augmented reality-based apps can significantly improve various sectors like real estate, education, healthcare, etc. Likewise, virtual reality does, but it requires specialized hardware, unlike AR, so VR is more specific. With regards to the Internet of Things, it connects various devices together and makes the technology a magic wand. In a nutshell, that's the future.
