B2C Team developed iOS and Android apps for online orders. Features included interfaces for both users and drivers, including a dispatching system and an admin console. We worked with 8-10 people, partially and full-time. They included a project manager, a business analyst, a graphic designer, a senior iOS developer, a senior Android developer, a PHP developer, a junior PHP developer, a backend API and database subject matter expert, a HTML developer, and a QA tester. They were always available and open to all alterations and amendments where possible. They met all the deadlines and were very helpful during the journey. They’re enthusiastic and they have lot of hardworking employees. The time frame for the project was three months, but the team successfully finished and launched in just 10 weeks. The project manager was very responsive and kept us updated on Basecamp. They submitted their builds and their developers were very cooperative in tweaking the feedback shared by my in-house team of technicians. Their testing team is also very efficient. The team is technically sound and they understood our concepts completely. We are impressed with the designs. They are experts on startup culture, and they understand the complexity and the nature of our business. The solutions proved successful commercially and generated positive internal feedback focused on B2C's dedication and expertise. They beat their project deadline and accommodated all changes.
